An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

Always have a wonderful time with Deidre. She makes going to the dentist fun! Something I thought I would never say. Dr. Safari is so cute and friendly he also makes the dental experience a good time!

I had to get two crowns replaced and it wasn't fun. However meeting Dr Safari & Deidre was! They both were unaware that I suffer with anxiety and as it was creeping in they talked to me about things which distracted me and caused my anxiety to subside. Deidre KNOWS HER STUFF!! She basically is a Dentist lol...I am very grateful for both of them on how they took care of me and my teeth!

Honestly I had great time. They were so gentle and attentive. 5/5 overall experience. Everyone is very friendly and they got me in and out in 30min. I drive an hour to come see Dr.Vera and It's worth it!

I was very impressed with the whole staff at this clinic. There wasn't a hygienist the day that I went but Dr. Safari was very thoughtful, thorough, and honest during my entire cleaning. The front office staff was very informative and helpful. It took me a long time to find a new dentist since moving here and I am so glad I decided to go here. I will definitely be back!

My dentist is great and does phenomenal work, and has done nothing but been helpful! A LOT of miscommunication in the office staff though, they scheduled me for the wrong date and tried to blame it on something else. I've received about 3-4 calls from the staff alone one day regarding said appointment cancellation, reschedule, etc.. and one person didn't even know what was going on, but was trying to clarify maybe? I also received a call from my dentist, she ended up sorting it all out even though it's not her job to do so. Lastly, made a payment on my account and the total I had on a paper was different than the total that I signed for, but it's whatever... I showed up to pay the remainder on my account even though I was told I could pay when I came in to receive treatment, and had to stand out in the pouring rain because they were locking up as I arrived, I was told they close at 3, but they actually close at 2.

Best dentist experience I've ever had. Thorough and fast. They fit me in for all the procedures needed, and everyone was super nice. Dr. Pinkstaff was awesome. 10/10 would recommend. This is a pretty thankless profession, so thank you!

I hate dentists and Dr. Safari was very calm and patient with me. He explains everything up front and as he is working on you. The office staff is very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. They explain the pricing up front.

I am really grateful to the staff at Bryan Modern Dentistry for working so hard to make sure I could get dental care under a tight timeline. Dr. Pinkstaff and Ruby went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and as somebody that has had many past unpleasant/painful experiences at the dentist I very very much appreciate it.

The dentist is very rough with your teeth using the metal back end of her tools to smack each tooth. I had a severe infection that spread to my face. I begged them to extract the tooth and I was coerced into doing a root cAnal and given antibiotics. They didn't have anyone to do the root canal for weeks and when I came to the appointment weeks later the dr called in so I waited another two weeks. I revisited the office before the root canal and said I believed my infection was back from waiting so long. I told her I was still in pain. She said there was nothing she could do for me and didn't even look in my mouth or do any X-rays when I said the infection was back. Finally after about a month from the initial visit, I get my root canal and the endodontist was surprised at the state of my tooth. I could tell during the procedure he was upset. There was a lot of tension and it was very uncomfortable. He asked if I was getting the crown put on soon and I said yes right after this. Turns out the dental office forgot to reschedule my crown appointment after the root canal when rescheduling the root canal appointment. After waiting about an hour for a dentist to show up to the office, they brought me in a room where the dental assistant/hygienist did the entire crown. The actual dentist only popped in once or twice, looked in my mouth, and left. The dentist told me she wasn't in the office because she was at the dentist herself. Then on my way out the assistant that did the entire crown used a filing paper in between my teeth and ripped into my gums making it gush blood. I ended up still in pain months later and came back in twice because the crown was too big. The dentist said it was due to my wisdom teeth coming in, not the crown. I put a bad review about them online and they called me the next morning quoting the review and told me I could come back in. I told them I was no longer comfortable having them work on me. They paid for me to get a second opinion from another endodontist in town. She recommended I get a new crown. The office did offer to give me a new crown but after how rough and rude to me they were I wouldn't let them touch me with a ten foot pole. I ended up having to remove the crown they put in at another dentist in town. The dentist that removed the crown said my gums were extremely inflamed and sent Bryan modern dentistry a picture of my mouth so they could see what they had done to me. I also had to get a new root canal as well as a new crown. This place made me fear dentists and caused me years of pain.

I still have yet to receive a refund for services I was provided and overbilled for in October 2021. I was told a refund was finally initiated in December 2021, but am now doubtful that's the case. Office staff is uncommunicative to my multiple emails and calls. At my followup appointment, I had to wait almost an hour because the office staff provided the dental staff the wrong room number (although literally an adjacent room) and they thought I was not there despite being checked in. Unfortunate because the dentist I saw was great, but there is no customer service here and this is not a friendly environment for someone with dental anxiety.
