Dr. Bryan G. Foote was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri. He graduated from Rock Bridge High School and received his undergraduate degree from Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri in 1994. Dr. Foote received his dental degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1998, and completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at UMKC in 1999. Dr. Foote has completed coursework taught by internationally renowned dentists such as Drs. John Kois, Peter Dawson, Newton Fahl, David Hornbrook, and Steve Buchanan.
Dr. Foote actively pursues opportunities to continue his education by staying up to date with the latest in dental technology. He has completed additional coursework in areas covering restorative dentistry, dental implant technology, and occlusion at the Kois Center in Seattle. Dr. Foote and his staff also attend annual conferences like the Midwest Dental Conference in Kansas City, Chicago Midwinter Meeting, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistrys Annual Conference. These experiences sharpen the teamsknowledge of cutting-edge dental practices.
Dr. Foote takes pride in being a member of the Columbia community. His dental office has supported and sponsored a variety of local organizations, including the Columbia Health Department, Special Olympics, the Missouri Mission of Mercy, Kings Daughters Dental Aide Program and Donated Dental Services.
I enjoy several aspects of my job. After being in the dental field since 1995, I have learned how our oral health is linked to our overall systemic health, including conditions such as diabetes and heart disease. I feel that it is important to not only help patients maintain proper oral hygiene, but also educate them on how good home care can potentially help them with their overall health as well. I have also really enjoyed getting to know my patients over the years and building relationships with my coworkers. Its nice to work in an office where everyone strives to do what is best for our patients and where we can establish the best quality of care for them.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two daughters. My oldest daughter plays soccer on her high school team and my youngest daughter has been playing on a competitive girls soccer team for three years. We travel quite a bit to support them and watch a lot of soccer games! You could say that I am a true soccer mom! I also enjoy being outdoors (walking/running our dogs, biking, playing soccer, etc.), baking, traveling and shopping.
As someone who been through extensive dental work over the years, I have seen my fair share of dental offices. Through my experience as a patient I have learned the importance of a confident and comforting dental staff which is why getting to know my patients and building a rapport with them is the best part of my job. The relationship built with my patients allows me to provide quality care and the patient to communicate comfortably with their oral health needs.
I love that I am able to play a part in patients' health by educating and assisting them with their oral hygiene goals. I believe that patients being successful in meeting their oral health goals comes from a combination of the patient, dentist, and staff working together. I am so excited to get to start my dental hygiene career with such a great dental team!
I love interacting with and getting to know our patients. Its also very rewarding when you have a patient who might initially be fearful of or not enjoy coming to the dentist express what a great experience that theyve had and that we made them feel very welcome.

Super great experience! Staff is top notch. I've dealt with Mellony a lot and feel very comfortable speaking with her about anything. She's the best and she works with the best

I cannot thank Dr. Foote enough. I needed a minor, but emergency procedure performed as my current dentist was out of the office. I was scheduled within a few hours as Dr. Foote was able to work me in. First impressions: 1. Friendly administrative staff 2. Dental assistant - outstanding and very considerate 3. Dr. Foote - smart, professional and kind Each time Dr. Foote started to do something, he explained it first. And here is what I thought was meaningful. Each time he asked his assistant for a tool, he used the word 'please' each time. This team is special. If you are looking for a dentist in Columbia, Missouri, put this team on your shortlist.

Dr. Foote is fantastic and most of the staff are also fantastic but I am changing my dentist because of his receptionist Liz. When I call the office I have my fingers crossed that the receptionist answering will not be Liz. I was referred to Dr. Foote by my orthodontist and I think it was a great referral but I decided to switch because every time I call the office I end up feeling bad about it after speaking with the receptionist.

Dr. Foote is fantastic and most of the staff are also fantastic but I am changing my dentist because of his receptionist Liz. I am very disappointed. I was unable to cancel an appointment due to family out-of-state emergency and was charged for it. I had been unable to pay the fee. When I decided to change dentists they denied me copies of my medical records due to not paying that fee (No other monies were due). Which is illegal according to the Federal Department of Health and Human services. I don't have the money to go through a lawyer and dispute this-obviously, I could pay the fee they charged. Even after a formal request and an explanation of my situation, they still refused. My daughter is in a lot of pain and needing a tooth pulled. So the well-being of patients doesn't seem to matter to them. I will not recommend them and I will relay my terrible experience with anyone seeking dental work.

Dr. Foote is the bee's knees. He does very good, very quick work. He also takes the time to sit down, look you in the eyes, and speak with you before he starts his job. The support staff are also friendly. I've always hated going to the dentist, but I hate it a lot less now.

I highly recommend Dr. Foote's office to anyone! I have had nothing but positive experiences in his office and the staff are professional and kind. Dr. Foote even called me back personally on a holiday weekend when I had called and left a message with an answering service about a problem I was having. Phenomenal customer service.

Dr. Foote observed that I had an issue with a tooth, explained what my options were, and was able to get it fixed quickly. He told me that if I were to have any issues afterwards to contact his office, I did and Dr. Foote was able to get me in the next day. The customer service is great and I would recommend him to everyone.

My family, many friends and I are Dr. Foote patients. What I care about are skills and knowledge through validated research. This is what I get from Dr. Foote and his staff. Advanced research is core to high standard services and care. I am amazed that almost every visit to the clinic I see new technologies, materials and techniques. They all deliver great care, no complications and faster results. His focus on details, patients comfort and on target advise is priceless to me. I used to worry about pain, injection and sometimes drilling :) Well I feel nothing during any procedure I have. I highly recommend Dr. Foote, his staff and their impeccable facilities. Completely exceeded my expectations! Dr. Foote and all staff members are courteous, kind, and welcoming. I was nervous about my procedure and it turned out to be completely pain-free. The education and follow-up provided to me were much appreciated. After NOT seeing a dentist for 30 years, I have returned for regular care and check ups and I recommend Dr. Foote's practice highly. My wife and two daughters have become patients as well. These are good people who care about and will take care of you!
