Love this dental office! It really doesn't even feel like you've been to the dentist when you've left. Staff is always friendly, and gets you taken care of quickly. Love the atmosphere and the Christian music playing throughout the office.

They did a great job renovating the building. It has a beautiful interior design and decor, and the people treat you very nice. I had two issues that were not handled properly. I was a loyal customer for years, but when I had an emergency and they dropped the ball in a big way. An abscess tooth became severely infected from a root canal that caused a crack. I came back in and they put numbing gel on the tooth. I was then scheduled in four days to have it removed. The pain and swelling became Unbearable, And it was a holiday weekend so they were unavailable. I found a place in Raleigh and had the tooth extracted that day for $300 cash. Of course, I wanted to make sure the job was well done. So, I came in for my appointment in three more days. I informed them that I had been to the place in Raleigh and had my tooth extracted and I wanted them to take a look at it. He put me in the chair and examined the extraction and said everything looked fine. He then placed his hand on my chest and tapped me twice, and told me that this was the last time he was going to see me. Because, "You went to someone else". I was horrified. This is the worst dentist I have ever visited. I no longer recommend Brushy Mountain Dental.

This is by far the best dentist office! Dr. Roberts is awesome and so is his staff. Always kind and friendly! Lucia and Cindy helped me today and couldn't ask for nicer people. Thank you guys for all you do! Barbara Blevins

Found Brushy Mountain Dental by a stroke of luck! But luck is not the word, it was not luck it was guidance from GOD above! The people at Brushy Mountain Dental make you feel like you are important, deserving! They truly care! i found everyone! In the office from the front desk to the back rooms very professional and so kind! no page is left unturned in this office because they work very hard to send every patient out their door SMILING! I am very grateful and now! so excited about my teeth! Thank you Brushy Mountain Dental!!!!

This by far is the best dentist office, I have ever experienced. From the actual dental surgeon Chris to every single assistant, you will have an excellent experience. I had implants done there, with NO PAIN I swear. This is a group of totally amazing people, super professional. If you need any work done I recommend Brushy mountain dental.

I scheduled on a friday for a tuesday. The monday before my appointment, my babysitter for my kids let me know they weren't going to be able to watch them. I'm a single mom. So I called them to reschedule the appointment because I didn't have anyone to watch my kids. I'm here by myself, no family. Anyway, they said because I was a new patient that they could cancel the appointment, but they couldn't reschedule it and that I can no longer use their practice.. I really wouldn't want to put my money into an unreasonable business. It wasn't like I skipped out just cause, i have a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old that would NOT be able to stay still within the dentist practice while I got my teeth examined. DON"T give these people your business.

The staff are amazing, caring, and supportive! Every appointment I have had with Brush Mountain Dental has been a pleasing experience. The staff actually care about their clients. They are there to help you with whatever you need. Dr. Roberts is wonderful and the hygienists are professional, courteous, and empathetic. I absolutely love this place!

This place is great! Impressive equipment and warm environment. The workers are very friendly. The Christian music is good touch. And most of all they break down the treatment plans and prices before hand!
