Completely disorganized. I am 100% positive I made my daughters appointment for 11am. It was written in my notebook I used to take notes when I made the call for 11, placed in the calendar for 11 and immediately following the call I had my husband block off his lunch break for her appointment so he could pick up our other daughter from school. I also would never make an appointment for 9am when we live an hour away. I drove an hour to Selma to check in for my daughter's 11am appointment, got there at 10:40 and they told me her appointment was actually at 9am and we missed it. I then asked them to check their system and tell me what/when reminder notifications went out. They said none were sent because my phone number wasn't working. My phone number has an area code of 571 and they had 157 in the system. They also had several numbers incorrect for the rest of the number. If they butchered my phone number that bad, I guarantee they mixed up the appointment time with 9am instead of 11am. They wouldn't see us so we did a 2 hour round trip for nothing. They rescheduled us for another date but I really don't want to take a gamble and make the 2 hour round trip again in case they messed it up a second time. The same time I was there talking to the receptionist, there was another patient at the checkin desk beside me who they couldn't find in the system and then told her her appointment was some date in the future. She told the receptionist that there was a cancellation and they contacted her and got her an earlier date and she was there for her new appointment. It just seems like they need more training or something is wrong with their system. I have had zero issues with their Rocky Mount location.

We had a great experience with Dr. Martin! My daughter was nervous and a little upset but he made her smile and laugh and calmed her down. He was awesome!

I would 100 times recommend this dentist office! The rooms are painted so fancy and add the most extra little touch! My little one is 4.5 and while she has been to the dentist once before, I was nervous about how she'd do. They were so patient with her, talked with her about topics that are trending (unicorns, etc) to keep her mind off what they were doing. They even let her "help" with the brushing and rinsing. They even awarded her a gift bag, stickers, and let her pick a prize from the machines! They explained every single thing they did prior to doing it which really helped my little one. I could go on and on, but if you are on the fence, DO IT! You will not regret taking your child to this office. Jessica specifically was amazing! I couldn't say one single negative thing about any of them! From booking the appointment, to waiting in the waiting room (3 min wait), to the actual appointment. I'm completely blown away at how well they did! I appreciate you all if you see this post! Keep the good work up!!

I was made comfortable due to an injury the staff itself they're very friendly professional and each time I get my braces tightened & The orthodontist is outstanding and each of the hygienist that I have had his pleasure of Working with are excellent you are doing a fantastic job.

They are doing a wonderful job at straightening my teeth. They make you feel comfortable and they are gentle (as they can be) when tightening them. I appreciate BrushandFloss and they team for making me feel less awkward about getting braces in my 30s.

My 10 year old son was very fearful just to get his teeth cleaned and x rays. The assistant, hygienist and dentist made him feel at ease. They were amazing. I was allowed to stay in the room. Superb bedside manner

It was clean and neat and the workers there was so nice they clean my daughter teeth real good she couldn't stop smiling I recommend everyone there wat a beautiful dentist office I can't wait to tell my family n friends about so they can bring there kids n thereself
