Amazing service and a great staff. One of the young ladies that works at the location, I believe her name is Myriah or something like that was extremely helpful as well as very professional. I would highly recommend this location to my friends and colleagues!

Friendly people and excellent care! The person that came first who did the polishing and flossing was super friendly and didn't hurt or cut my gums. I think her name was Tanya. I really like that they are very informative and answer all of my questions. Thanks brush365 Hurst! 10/20/22 Had my six months check and cleaning. Again the dental hygienist did a great job and was so sweet and courteous. Love it!

I had my first cleaning with Lina and the experience was great! She was friendly, professional, and the service was fairly quick. Lina worked efficiently and delicately while cleaning my teeth. She had a way of giving just the right amount of educational talk. I appreciate her briefly walking me through what she would do next, how this impacts my teeth, etc. She gave me options if I experienced any discomfort on what I can do, and she would give any breaks if needed. I would definitely return and specifically ask for Lina for these reasons above. I was not incentivized in any way to write this review, and did this to recommend Lina and highlight the awesome experience she gave me!

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff and dentist were so professional and caring . If you are a cash patient they offer a wide range of payment options and do not pressure you on dental care. I highly recommend Brush365 in Hurst.

The following feedback and review is based on more than 7 years of dentistry services provided by Brush365 and reflects a humble and honest opinion based on our experiences during this time. Although the job is guaranteed according to the feedback provided, but where there is pain and suffering, if you cannot complete the work, you still have the opportunity to make it right, take accountability and responsibility. Loosing teeth due to lack of knowledge and or expertise, is does not give anyone the right to be just an excuse and move on. That is not "Dentistry with "Integrity". MS. SARA MAHMOOD, D.D.S Choosing a dental or medical provider is a difficult task but also the client/patient hopes for good quality care and expertise on the field. Preventive care is important and more important is the dentist providing the services is willing to offer the professionalism and integrity to their patients. As patients who take very seriously their dental hygiene and good health, prevention has always been a priority. In the last 7 years, John and I, have been under your dental care with the similar results. Poor approach to the work done, crowns and bridges falling off, which has caused both, damages to molars and or loosing several teeth, which could have been prevented. When errors are made, they must be corrected, not just taking short cuts, using monetary credits from previous dental work, to cause other damages and or losses, Trust is a very important factor in everyday life as well as who allow to be our health care provider. We have noticed a lack of empathy and "integrity" on the job done. John just lost another molar, and after the removal which it was performed by you in the Hurst office, a few days later, he had to go back because a piece of tooth was left in, which caused more pain and discomfort for several days. As you well know, the bridge built for me was a failure, eventually getting a crown to a perfect condition tooth and you decided to pull the last molar on the bottom right side. Same with the opposite side, a small molar was poorly approach with a crown and at the end I have a half a tooth left behind. After you admitting consulting another dentist, you simply apologize for the error but no other options were provided. Always remember the reason you chose to be a dentist, this should have been to help people with their dental care, if the idea is just making money, you will no longer be a doctor, you will be a business woman, and the quality of the job you do, will be seen in the eyes and hearts of your patients." Today we are left with a task to look for a new provider who can fix the issues you were not able to provide, needless to say, adding more cost to the already outrageous cost of the medical system in the USA, regardless of medical insurance coverage we got. Sincerely, Gerry & John Gerry & John, I received your letter. I have known for some time that Gerry was unpy with me due to the way he expressed his disappointment during his visits with my team. It has weighed on me but alas, I understand that it's time for us to part ways. During your tenure with brush365 and even prior, when I was at Dr. Bohannan's office, I always operated with the utmost care and love for both of you. Seeing you two was a delight - it brought much joy to me and my team. When it came to your dental needs, no corners were cut. Nothing was ever rushed. Only the best materials and expertise were used. Yet, despite our sincere efforts, we are still susceptible to how the mouth and teeth tolerate treatment. So many variables are out of our control. The oral cavity is truly a challenging environment to work in and although I always, ALWAYS try my best to get amazing outcomes, they cannot be guaranteed. I've enjoyed the time spent together and wish you both nothing but the best in the future. Dr. Sara Mahmood DDS MS FAGD FIDIA Founder & Owner of brush365

Edit: I actually am downgrading my review from 2 stars to 1. I was called regarding my previous review and asked to come back in, yet again, to try and "make things right" (and I'm assuming, to try and change my review, because that sense of urgency was not there earlier). I accepted and I was seated in the dental chair for 45 minutes past my appointment until I just got up and left. Never even saw a dentist, for the appointment they requested... Just the wait time alone for this issue has exceeded 3 hours total, let alone the drive time and they time spent on my teeth. They clearly do not value my time and I am kicking myself for allowing 3 individual appointments where the issue caused was not fixed. I can no longer floss between my teeth which wasn't an issue prior to the appointment, and I didn't even see a dentist today for the appointment they requested. I am baffled. Original post: I came in for my first appointment for routine cleaning and was told I had a cavity on a tooth that had already been treated. I had it addressed and during the procedure the dentist asked 2 assistants for a "band saw" I believe, and none knew what it was. Dentist seemed exasperated and didn't use it, because no one seemed to know what it was or where it was. So, we wrapped up. I can no longer floss between my two teeth (they couldn't either). I thought maybe it'd resolve after a few days. No. Every floss pick and floss broke. I came in for a follow up that I requested as it was such an issue. They didn't fix it, and I wasn't offered a clear explanation on why. I think it was that it didn't have to do with the filling, but I still don't understand why I was able to floss before and now can't. I plan to go to another dentist now to address it. This was maybe 3 months ago, I just got around to a review after going in again for the issue to be resolved. If you value your time and want things done the correct way, the first time, go elsewhere.

Don't waste your time here. Find a reliable Dentist that doesn't tell you one thing and then presents you with something else.
