My experience have been great with Ideal Dental Round Rock clinic, the staffs are friendly and easy to work with. A special mention Dr Dharti Shyani who looked into my case, she is quite efficient with her work, I do not have any complains after the treatment. Thanks for a wonderful service!

My initial visit with Dr. Shyani was very good. She was so patient and answered all of my myriad of questions. My previous dentist didn't really explain well enough why certain dental work was necessary. But, after taking additional pictures of my teeth, Dr. Shyani was able to show and explain to me why the dental work would help keep my teeth healthier. Her assistants and front staff were friendly, knowledgable, very patient and helpful.

Did a great job with my Dental Anxiety. Very welcoming and Dr. Dawson went above and beyond to connect with me and make me feel as comfortable as possible. They did a great job of taking care of my teeth and helping me get back on track for healthy teeth and gums. Dr. Dawson is no longer with Ideal dental, my experience has not been the same since she left.

Everyone is very helpful and just very nice. Dr. Kim was knowledgeable and super honest without making you feel bad. Love this place and my kids both agree that they felt welcome and taken cared of.

Dr. Kim & Miguel were awesome at making me feel comfortable. I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years and had some anxiety about it. They were concerned with my safety and comfort the whole time. The office personnel is also top-notch!! So helpful and nice. Thank you for the amazing service!

DOESNT HONOR WARRANTY!!! I paid 3500 dollars for dental work, which included a crown. No one EVER told me that if I didn't come back every 6 months, my 5 YEAR warranty is voided. Like most Americans I don't have dental insurance, so going to the dentist every 6 months is a massive expense. This is such a horrible way to treat a patient. They are now saying that I would have to pay the whole cost again.

Computers where not working, long wait times, and refused to clean my teeth for standers cleaning until I purchased a deep clean.

The staff is very well organized and professional. Very clean office. The receptionist is very nice and kind. The dentist was very calm , polite and answered my questions. I felt very comfortable.

Soo first off let me say I don't like dentist after past bad experiences... This dental office was awesome , all the staff was professional, personable, and welcoming. The dentist did a great job observing any discomfort I had and adjusted his work accordingly, addressed reasons for concerns I have with sensitivity, gave me a plan of action that is attainable. Most importantly they informed me my teeth are in good health and here to stay
