Prolly the best dentist place I've been too. For me it's all about customer service and it was the best. I like how they are not robotic and sound like they are reading off paper. They have personalities and it's makes it natural.

If you have been dreading going to the dentist give ideal dental a chance they made me feel so welcome and so comfortable it's honestly the best dentist visit I've had. The ENTIRE staff is so friendly from the front office to the drs. Thank you so much. I give this place a 100 out of 10

I used to be a fan of this location but as of lately Dr. Desai (Ortho) speaks to you with a very condescending tone when you ask a question or may have misunderstood the dental plan. Do not recommend.

Everything and everyone there was fantastic I was a little short on time the day I visited and wished things went just a bit faster but all and all it was a wonderful experience and they did squeeze me in at the last minute which I appreciated dearly, again they have a great staff & it's a great place!

Miranda first off is Amazing !!! Anybody that don't agree is off tha rockerany who the pleasant atmosphere was great plus the service I received was great by ALL the staff !! If your looking for a dentist that truly cares about you and affordable this is the place. From the moment I walked threw the doors I felt like they truely cared. Everyone was so nice and understood how nervous I was. I had to have 7 teeth pulled and they made sure I was comfortable and felt nothing.Thank you all some much

Yes, everyone is nice, just like the other reviews claim. They were going to charge me 50% of my crown although it is fully covered. So, they called my insurance and did not charge me after all. That was awesome! I previously was going to change offices due to the horrible smell that made me want to puke. However, it seems that it has been taken care of. However, I noticed a trend. When I would make an appointment, whether it be in person or by phone, it always seemed to change when they would send me a text confirmation. It's always by 30 min prior to my appointment or after. I usually just blow it off but this time I called for an explanation. I was told that someone with the same first name was scheduled at my time and I was moved 30 minutes later. The staff was nice enough to move it back but she said it was only for cleaning and not my permanent crown. She scheduled me anyways and may call me back if that doesn't work. I didn't even get an apology. So, we'll see what happens!

Today I met Dr. Castro for the first time. She took her time reviewing my images and assisting with the cleaning of my teeth. She was very professional and made me as a patient feel that the time I dedicate to my dental hygiene is not going to waste. Her exact words were, "She was very impressed with how clean I keep my teeth with braces and she'll take her last patient of the day as the easiest". I walked out of my appointment all smiles!

I have been amazed by the service and care I receive each time i have an appointment. I have ignored going to a dentist for years and glad i found this place. They are helping me get on track with my dental needs and they make the process of going to a dentist so much better.

Worst place ever. During my appointment, they were trying to do a sales job on me the entire time. I hadn't even had my cleaning yet. I was told I would need 1 crown despite just seeing my regular dentist and being told my teeth were in good shape. And that I need Invisalign for 4100$ when I asked just to do a night guard for me. I told her I would need to discuss it with my husband first. The dentist Trenton Dawson can't even recognize that I have one tooth missing and that Invisalign couldn't fix my problem with the bite and night grinding. Trenton Dawson is absolutely indifferent person to you dental health, all he is care about to shred some money from you. They are trying to upsell with extra that you do need actually. I just need the usual night guard that will be covered by my insurance. And he also tried to convince me that one of my teeth urgently needs a crown because of the bad shape of filling in it, that it is going to crack soon so I need a crown that will cost me around 500 $. I don't eat candy or drink a lot of soda and with tooth filling that is "going to crack soon" I live already 8 years and so far so good. I barely received a cleaning at all, all my stains on the lower teeth weren't removed at all. I'm sure they would continue to find other "work" that needs to be done. I've also asked them to send me copies of my xrays and it's been almost 2 weeks and I still didn't receive them. I visited an actual dentist the following week to get a second opinion and he told me that all my teeth are in perfect condition. Avoid this place like a plaque.

Got my daughter and myself in on time. Did all the work at a decent pace after explaining what was needed and not needed. Great friendly staff.
