This dentist office is Horrible. Please save your time , money and the health of your teeth and go somewhere else. I recently had a crown put in which didn't fit properly. I asked for a refund this time since every procedure I had done at this place was a complete failure. I don't trust them to do any more work in my mouth. Now I called numerous of times asking to speak to a manger. There's never one there. No call back nothing. When I finally get ahold of one. She tells me, she will speak to regional manager and she'll call me back. She never did. I called back a week later she had no idea who I was and had me explain everything again. 2 months now I have yet to receive a call. Dr BANA who is no longer there preformed a failed root canal but moved on the next tooth without any treatment Causing way more problems for my gums and teeth. I had another root canal done by Dr BANA. When I came in for him to place the crown (they never called when my crown came in btw) I was told he left two weeks ago and he left the dentist industry. The new Dr here told me my gums were very irritated because the dental assistant made an oversized temporary crown (which Dr BANA never came back in to check on the tooth) that sat on exposed nerves. New Dr put in the improper crown that didn't fit knowingly. Even when I kept mentioning pain and discomfort. Not to mention my teeth cleanings we're done poorly. I've spent so much money here trying to invest in my health of teeth for only now I have to pay for it all over again somewhere else because this place is inadequate.

The medical assistan took more time,than the doctor,she was taken Xrays of my full mouth, that I believe was unnecessary, because they have some in file, I went because of broken tooth , and that was the last thing to be observed, the doctor came in and told me that I need a crown, I already knew that myself, I was expecting the doctor to offer me a temporary filling and then later to take care of the crown, the doctor refused the temporary filling,maybe because it is less profitable for the company

Picked up where I left off in my treatment since the switch from Brush 32 to Ideal Dental. They took care of a painful issue I was having with one of my teeth, right away. I like that they are thorough when going over the pictures of your teeth and explaining what they see and what they recommend; then allowing time for Q&A. Dr. Reyes, although new to me, made me feel at ease with his confidence, professionalism & chairside manner. The Dental assistance' made me feel as comfortable as possible and constantly checked on my well being during my treatment. Thank you all for the great service.

The team at Ideal Dental is amazing, kind, and gracious. I suffer from anxiety going to the dentist due to some prior past experiences, but they were very calm, caring, and attentive which helped immensely. Thank you guys for being so great!!!

Ideal dental at Hutto was great! There where able to see me sooner then other dental facilities. I was greeted as I entered the building. And the service was fast and same day! Would recommend and I'm definitely going back.

Unwilling to help you with any pain but quick to quote you . Came in for an emergency visit from tooth decay, was told I could come in getchecked out and prescribed antibiotics. Bit was quickly asked out with a motrin prescription when I have explained that motrin has not help. Was told I have no infection but I find that hard to believe after I passed out from pain in the shower at 4am. They do not do oral surgery they just take your cash and refer you to a surgeon. Totally defeating the point in an emergency visit. I even supplied my own recent exray and was still charged for their xray service.

Ive tried several times to schedule an appointment and Ideal Dental has failed to maintain the appointment. I scheduled over a month out and 1 week prior to the appointment they cancel without reason given. Very poorly managed. If they struggle with booking i can only imagine they are poor at dental work too.

The staff is great! They informed me of everything every step of the way. I am nervous when it comes to dentistry and had not been for a long time. I received no judgement from the staff at all. Definitely changed my mind about coming to the dentist more offten.

Very disappointed with this location. I tried calling on a Saturday, when they were supposed to be open, multiple times and calls were sent to the RR location and they weren't able to help with scheduling or seeing if they still had my stuff from Brush32. I submitted a request online to schedule an appointment and even called back on Monday where I was sent to the RR location again. After a brief conversation, I got the office manager for Hutto and was told the office was closed but she'd look at the schedule and get back to me. I never heard back. I needed a tooth pulled asap and ended up going to a different dentist the same day to get it pulled. I will no be going to Ideal Dental again.

DOESNT HONOR WARRANTY!!! I paid 3500 dollars for dental work, which included a crown. No one EVER told me that if I didn't come back every 6 months, my 5 YEAR warranty is voided. Like most Americans I don't have dental insurance, so going to the dentist every 6 months is a massive expense. This is such a horrible way to treat a patient. They are now saying that I would have to pay the whole cost again.

I made an appointment weeks in advance and let the office know that I will be refusing x-rays as I am pregnant. The office said this would not be an issue. As I sat in the chair this morning waiting for my cleaning they insisted on taking x-rays. I told them that this is a simple cleaning and check-up and no x-rays are needed nor do I want x-rays as I am pregnant. They then proceeded to tell me I would have to leave if no x-rays were performed. So after taking the morning off from work I left without the much needed cleaning my baby and I needed.

Everyone is very helpful. They answer your questions and keep the place hygienist. The Dr is very good. My teeth are very sensitive and usually it hurts to have them cleaned but he is very gentle yet does a great job.

Did not feel safe during COVID-19. They did not follow proper COVID-19 procedures.

Everyone here is super friendly. The prices might be a little higher for some procedures but the staff and doctor are A+++.
