I love going to the dentist now. I'm always welcomed and I feel like I'm in the best hands when I walk in. Doc is amazing and he cares not only for his patients but he cares what happens with our teeth as well. He gives you the truth followed with options that's best for you and your needs. I'm happy to have found my dental home

Just went in for a regular cleaning. They took me to the back, did X-rays, and brought me back to the front and told me I need deep cleaning, a filling, etc. and that they won't do a regular cleaning for me. They also gave me these numbers of how much it will cost to go back in for " a cleaning" ...

poor service, very bad did not even finish my work and forgot to floss teeth. Appointment done in hurry and rush. Zero star

The staff is super kind and fun here. I've personally had some pretty rough experiences at dentist and doctor's offices and this was an incredibly refreshing experience to see it does not have to be that way. Empathy and compassion go such a long way I wish all doctors offices could feel like that!

The staff was quick to greet me with a smile and were pleasant to communicate with. The newest of technologies used to take xrays and document the health of my mouth impressive, quick, and pain free. Dr. John Kim was also friendly, pleasant and caring. He took plenty of time to review my situation and thoroughly explained things in an understanding way. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and took the time to provide thorough responses. Dr. Kim provided multiple options for treatment moving forward. Extremely please with the entire experience.

very disappointed in the lack of care. Very dishonest. Only care about money. Teeth chipped and i was told it would happen anyways - 2,000 dollars later i am still in pain and feel so helpless

I havent been to a dentist in a long time so I expected to be really uncomfortable. I went in to have a moler extracted and I was a little nervous but it was a great experience. Everything was good from the front desk to the dental assistant and dentist. The dentist was talking to me to keep me comfortable but unfortunately my mouth was numb so I really couldn't talk to much. Lol. I highly recommend this place and plan on returning for a cleaning soon.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating and making an appointment is very easy. The location is ideally located for coming and going. No one likes to go to the dentist but the friendly atmosphere makes it easier to go to the dentist.

They got me in on short notice, smiled when I came in, had my insurance info checked before i arrived, clean professional atmosphere and were transparent with plan and pricing. Great experience!

I was visiting Austin from out of town and needed some emergency dental work done. They worked it out to see me right away and my experience was outstanding. It was a pleasure dealing with Nadine and Dr. Kim was not satisfied until he got my issue resolved correctly. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

I had an amazing experience at Ideal Dental Georgetown! As soon as I signed in I was received in the patients chair and setup immediately. Nadine and Amy were super helpful ensuring my every need was met. The work on my teeth was done in a very timely and considerate manner. I highly recommend this office for the service and wonderful experience I had at my dental appointment!

Just amazing all the way around very nice staff the front disk lady extremely nice sweet and kind explain everything to me went step by step and the run downs the doctor was amazing.. these people make you feel special and take very good care of you 10 out of 10 I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone best choice I ever made coming to ideal Dentist

Super polite staff, quick and efficient procedure's. Office is very clean and looks professional without being clinical. Dental work is never fun or comfortable, but they do try to make it as comfortable as having someone stick tools and fingers in your mouth can be.
