They just look for a way to charge you more I had to do a crown. Took them 3 weeks to get it from lab but it did not fit in the end So I had to wait another 3 weeks to sort it out Their staff not friendly either

Hands down the beat practice I've ever been too. The entire staff was friendly, on time, very welcoming and knowledgeable. I now enjoy going to the dentist, plus their group is so much fun. The dentist that sees me dr.z is efficient and very meticulous which I like. Great job ideal dental.

Love the dentists! Every dentist I have seen at this location has been efficient. I feel really bad for the staff that are forced to work on weekends though. The dental assistant told me multiple times, 'I just want to go home,' and 'I just want to get out of here.' I gave her resources to an assessment called the STRONG so she can take to find her passion and dream job because saying this to patients is extremely unprofessional.

They were amazing, sweet, and fast! I was in and out of there within an hour and a half! They gave me detailed instructions and they let me know every detail of what they were doing to make me feel comfortable :) I really enjoyed my experiences there !!

Great, friendly, professional Denistry. I always leave after an appointment feeling like I was well taken care of. The front desk staff are always busy, but do not hesitate to help me with any questions or concerns.

I have remained an ongoing patient with this practice primarily because of James Cho, the hygienist! He is professional, honest, incredibly skilled, and very pleasant. He communicates throughout the process and most importantly, cleanings are quick and painless! I met Dr Zahawi today and I was very impressed with him as well. I look forward to continued great care from this team and I highly recommend!

I've had a lot of dental work due to various mishaps and generally have rarely if ever had a pleasant experience. Well that changed today. Went in with severe pain thinking my crown was loose as I had no swelling. Got there and it was found I had an abscess which immediately rolled into a root canal. Joy... I'm bad with names but everyone in the place were delightful to say the least! Also, the dentist was a rock star dealing with all my neck and jaw issues. Completed the work without a single nick!!! Then after the facts hey had trouble with my pharmacy. However Sara called multiple times, left messages and finally got me my prescriptions. She also called back to check on me to insure the pharmacy got the correct information. This all around was an excellent experience! Thank you all.

I have been coming here for dental checkup and cleaning post covid break. Very happy with the service provided here. Would like to mention of Dr. Dan for the checkup and advise and Mr. James who does an awesome cleaning job. Thank you Ideal Dental!
