I gave a not so great review the first time I went here for a cleaning because of a few hiccups with a new assistant they have but today I went back in to get a crown and they fixed the hiccups and made it right. It was great today. Dr. Parekh is an exceptional dentist and really does great work and made sure I was super numbed up and kept making sure throughout the process. Candace was really great. She was very caring and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Mia was very knowledgeable and took impressions and did my temporary crown and was also very caring. Madison was very bright and cheery. I called a couple times after my appointment to make my next and to ask questions and I was worried I was being annoying but she was truly so nice and helpful and very friendly. You can truly tell they all care very much about what they do and how you feel while being there. Definitely would recommend Ideal Dental of Buda.

Honestly, I've been to this location three times, and each time I've been seen late. They are disorganized and unprofessional. The dr left me with my mouth wide open for 30 mins in the middle of getting my cavity filled. I had to remove the mouth opener myself. They are usually yelling back and forth to each other and don't have enough staff for a good customer experience. I hate leaving bad reviews but this dental office needs better organization and management. Hopefully this will help someone else to have a better experience at this location.

When it comes to a dentist office. This one is the best I have been to. The guys are awesome. They were understanding about my wife's issue. They did not treat her like a number. They were not only respectful and professional but also engaged in a quick conversation. Very pleased I think I found my dentist

Another terrible dental experience. Went here 8 months ago and had the exact same service I went in for today, however this dentist was more money hungry than the last they stated they would not preform the same service the prior dentist at the same office preformed. I will never be back or recommend anyone come to this office they are nothing more than used car salesmen I hardly think they even care about peoples teeth only the money they can get out of your insurance company. You have a lot of options for dental care in our area please choose any other office you will not have a good experience at this off do not do business at this place.

Everyone at Ideal Dental was super friendly and very welcoming! Walking into the office, I was greeted with the nicest receptionist and quickly went back for my appointment. You can definitely tell that the all of the staff cares about their patients and love what they do. Hands down, the best dentist experience that I have ever had!

Super kind, friendly, helpful staff. A dental assistant was helping the Dr while she filled a cavity. It was clear that the assistant admired the Dr and it was nice that the Dr encouraged the assistant. It's nice to see / hear staff supporting one another. I've recommended this place multiple times to different people

Dr. Parekh was great. This was my very first time to ever see a dentist... I was great full that she took her time showing me pictures of my teeth and explaining things to me that she likely explains all the time and may otherwise rush through. She also allowed me the opportunity to ask questions as well. The young lady taking my X-rays also was nice and did a great job Insurance can always be a touchy subject and create a lot of stress for front desk workers and patients... initially there was an issue with my insurance but all things worked out fine, patience and kindness are key. Thank you to the two ladies working the front desk. Great first ever visit to the dentist! I'll be back!
