Very professional and friendly staff. Due to timing, I had to bring my 4mo with me to the appointment and they were very accommodating. I don't love going to the dentist, but I do enjoy the kind, hard working people in this office. I'll continue to go here while I live in the area.

Today was my second visit; first was last year this month. Ideal is everything I look for: friendly staff, efficient and thorough cleanings, with the Dr. planning out my appropriate priorities in short order with an effective Ins eval !! In June I moved to San Antonio, and welcome the drive to keep my Dental health with Ideal Dental Belterra.

The staff are very kind and comforting. Dr. Doan does an amazing job-she is very attentive to her clients. I usually don't give 5 stars unless it's worth 5 stars.

I can safely give 5 stars for the experiences we have had so far. 3 of 4 in our family have made it in for our exams and cleanings and were treated with professionalism, courtesy and kindness. Dr. Doan is not pushy, she doesn't shame you and she is very easy to talk to about concerns. I am pleasantly surprised and pleased considering we are new to the area and didn't know what to expect. The office staff is always very friendly on the phone and helpful too.

After COVID hit, I stayed home, not going anywhere. Two years later, my teeth needed lots of attention. Dr. Doan and her staff gave me that and more! I have never felt more confident about getting the best care possible.

New patient experience. Hadn't been to dentist in four years and had a bit of plaque to clean up. Dr. Doan and her assistant we were pleasant and the experience was painless and positive.

Ideal Dental was amazing! I'm wasn't one of their patients when I called today because I had a toothache. They fit me in (in 30 minutes.) I already thought that was great, but then I met dentist and her assistant. They were both so kind and careful . I'm terrified of needles , and they worked magic when numbing my mouth. It didn't hurt at all!! Needless to say, I'm switching to Ideal for my dental care!

I hate going to the dentist! I make an appoint every 6 months and dread going, but my experience at Ideal Dental was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. The doctor was even able to fix my cavities right then, I didn't have to schedule a follow up appointment! AND once your teeth are all clean and cavity free they give you a free custom whitening kit. They really do just want you to have beautiful smile

Very friendly and non-judgemental. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and they didn't make me feel bad about it or self conscious at all. The ladies there are all so welcoming I will definitely be going back for all my dental needs as long as I live in the area!

Second time here and won't be back. They have the dentist do the cleaning which causes major delay in wait time. I've been here 45 mins and still no cleaning. Last time after an hour I said someone needs to come do the cleaning or I'm leaving. Then got charged $400 for unnecessary images and x rays. This time they tried to do x rays AGAIN even though it had just been done 6 months ago so I declined. Won't come back.

They have a unique way to clean teeth. Took many X-rays, and found a cavity under a cap. The were efficient and fast.
