Dr. Amogh Naik has always been drawn to dentistry from a young age. He loved the idea of working closely with people and being a valuable part of their health care. He believes that developing long term relationships allows him to help his patients achieve their long term dental goals. His philosophy for dentistry is simple Do what is best for the patient, and provide care to the highest standard.
Dr. Naik grew up in Grand Blanc, Michigan. He attended Western Michigan University, where he studied biomedical sciences and chemistry. He then went on to obtain his dental degree from the University of Michigan, and afterwards completed a residency in general dentistry with the University of Detroit Mercy and St. Johns Hospital.
Dr. Naik believes in the importance of lifelong learning, and is continually seeking higher education to advance his knowledge and skill set to provide the best possible care for patients. He has completed several courses in restorative dentistry through The Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, SPEAR, and The Dawson Academy. He has also been trained through the AAID Maxicourse in implant dentistry, and is certified in Invisalign Treatment.

The best place ever!! Brenda the hygienist is very gentle, knowledgeable and personable. The folks at the front desk are always smiling and really care. And the dentists are great too. Highly recommended!!

Absolutely terrible service. I was scammed for a general patient consultation when I called for an emergency situation. When booking the appointment, I explained that my back 2 molars were in severe pain and verified ahead of time that if a filling or root canal was needed, they'd be able to do it on the spot. The receptionist said yes they would take care of it. I now know the correct answer was "No, that is usually something an endodontist would do, which we don't have here." So instead of looking for someone else I waited until my appointment at the end of the day. Upon arrival, neither the assistant or the dentist knew what I was in for. They took X-rays of my entire mouth, told me I needed a root canal, and told me they couldn't do it because it was on my molars. The exact procedure I verified they could do.They referred me to their network of endodontists, which they should have done when I first called. When I explained that I didn't feel I should be charged for X-rays, when I obviously would not have come in the first place, they treated me like I was ridiculous for trying to not pay for services done. One receptionist was combative and rude. Even though these services would have been completely avoided had they not lied to me over the phone. This all happened on the Friday before Labor Day so I was stuck waiting until Tuesday to see my dentist. I have more complaints as well including them not prescribing antibiotics, which was suggested by every other dentist and endodontist I talked to, and inability to call me back once I was trying to get them to prescribe it.

When I retired I chose a dental practice closer to home. Waterford dental has my trust and deserves a well-earned shout-out for price and professionalism. The place is modern, clean, and the staff is uber-friendly. I have no complaints or issues with them, only a happy hand waving for others to trust them with their dental needs.

Very nice people. The only place I found in the area that would take me on a Friday after calling 18 other dentists that all said "no sorry" for one reason or another. I was about to give up, but they said no problem and made me an appointment! I had an abscess tooth that got bad fast. They got me in, took xray and gave me antibiotics to see me through the weekend until I could use the referral they gave to see and endodontic office. So thankful !! I called all over waterford, white lake, clarkston, Commerce, Milford. Many weren't open at all Friday, but 15 that were open all said no couldn't help or fit me in that day. Have to wait till Monday or Tuesday!? With an abscess and in pain. ? Was really disappointing to say the least. I didn't want to have to go to an ER and wait hours just to get antibiotics. I was only there about 20 minutes, had tooth all checked out and was on my way. They were all very nice and so so helpful!!! Saved me a lot of pain and hassle.

This office is amazing. They worked me in same day as an emergency. The staff was so helpful making sure I was comfortable, paid attention to detail and very helpful. I will definitely go back. The staff here is great, the office is clean and I was very pleased with my treatment.
