To start, Im a true Texan at heart, and always will be. I was raised in West Texas in Amarillo. Thats right, The panhandle of Texas. I grew up loving my visits to our family dentist in Amarillo, and the whole experience at his office just fascinated me. After some begging, he agreed to let me shadow him for two years, which ignited my passion for dentistry at a young age.
I was lucky enough to meet my amazing wife, Hemali, in NYC, and am blessed to be married to her. She just so happens to be the dental hygienist in our practice. Yes, we work together, and its absolutely amazing. We just had our son, Kian, a few months ago and it has changed our world for the better!
I love getting to know all my patients and building meaningful, life-long relationships with them. I want each of my patients to feel at home when they come to see us for their dental care.I am very passionate about being able to serve our patients in the best way possible through patient education and modern conservative care.
I have a passion for serving others. We strive to be heavily involved in our local Frisco community. Frisco is home to us, and giving back to our amazing local community is such an important part of who I am.

Excellent place to go for your dental needs. The staff is very amazing and remembers you by first name the dentist provides top services and is very kind. I am glad I made the switch to this dentist office and look forward to having a better smile .

I have really enjoyed my experience at Brush so far. I was referred by my friend, who convinced me to try them out after her own great experience at Brush. The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure patient comfort and to yield the best possible outcomes. I would highly recommend them!

Thank you so much DR. Bhakta and staff at BRUSH Modern Dentistry !! I was earnestly seeking a good honest dentist to treat and replace my crown. A family member reached out to Dr Bhakta who kindly fixed an appointment for me in his busy schedule. I was warmly greeted by the smiling professional staff at BRUSH Modern Dentistry. They had my paperwork ready and after a few minutes ushered me into their clean attractive treatment/operatory cubicles. The assistant went over my history and main concerns, took x-rays, photos etc and had all the information ready within minutes. A confident Dr Bhakta followed shortly, reviewed my medical records and after careful examination provided me with a detailed assessment and options. After patiently addressing all my questions as well as pro and cons of the different options, we landed on the conclusion that, following a root canal, the tooth was good to save with a crown. Following my root canal treatment by an endodontist, I returned to Dr Bhakta. He carefully assessed the root canal treatment and being satisfied, set out to build the tooth and prep for the crown. I am free of pain and now look forward to replacing the temporary crown with a permanent one in a few weeks. Thanks again Dr Bhakta and staff for the successful treatment and wonderful office experience.

Always an amazing experience! Dr. Bhakta and his team at BRUSH modern dentistry are so welcoming, extremly knowledgeable, and very efficient. I've never had to wait a long period of time, they always remember who I am, and they always make my teeth feel so fresh and clean. I highly reccomend to anyone!

Dr. Bhakta and Scarlett were so personable and very professional as well. This was my first visit and certainly won't be the last. All of my family are patients of Dr Bhakta and have all had great experiences. He was prompt, had cutting edge technology and his office was very clean and nicely decorated and comfortable. Ex-rays and the resetting of my crown that had come off took 20 minutes which was wonderful and efficient! My family and I reccomend Dr. Bhakta and his staff to anyone looking for a caring dental professional! And one last note, they were able to accommodate my being in a wheelchair which is hard to find! I have been going to Dr Bhakta at Brush Modern Dentistry for the past two years. Dr Bhakta and Scarlett were very friendly, engaging and honest. The teeth cleaning process was very quick, but thorough, and painless. The amenities that this practice offers make your visit extremely comfortable. I look forward to my future visits and would highly recommend Dr Bhakta, to anyone in the Frisco/Little Elm area, looking for a dentist.

I highly recommend Brush Modern Dentistry and Dr. Bhakta! I went because my wife had been and told me I would really like Dr. Bhakta - she was right. It was apparent from the moment I walked into the office that the whole team was interested to learn more about me and that I was not just another patient. Dr. Bhakta remembered my wife and took the time to talk about my family and life. I want a dentist that I will feel comfortable with and who will know me when I walk into the office - that is what I've found with Dr. Bhakta and Brush Modern Dentistry.

This place and Dr. Bhakta were heaven sent! I had gone to a new dental practice after my dentist closed her practice due to COVID. I chose a place close to work and that took my insurance. After that the nightmare began! For 11 days I was ill fitted for a crown and ended up having to get a full blown root canal. We found Dr. Bhakta and I went in for a second opinion - needless to say, I have found our new dental practice. He and his office run an ethical practice. He takes the time to explain procedures to his patients and the follow up is unlike any other I have encountered. I 100% endorse Dr. Bhakta! He is exceptional!

Wonderful Experience! We were looking for a new dentist and based on the reviews we booked an appointment. We are so glad we did! A brand new office with state-of the-art equipment AND most importantly a knowledgeable, patient and friendly dentist. He also hires very well which is super important - Crystal was terrific - also knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I recently became a patient at BRUSH Modern Dentistry after several bad and uncomfortable experiences at my previous dentist. This place is so clean and modern, and the people are amazing! Dr. Bhakta and his assistant were so kind, very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in and I left with my teeth feeling cleaner than they've ever been. I am so thankful I found BRUSH!!
