We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Dr. Billy Ferguson was born in Memphis, TN and raised in the Bolton/Rosemark community. He graduated in 1964 from Bolton High School and then fulfilled his pre-dental requirements at Memphis State University (now University of Memphis). In 1969, he graduated with a D.D.S. degree from the University of Tennessee School of Dentistry. He began his practice in the Frasier community and then Raleigh where he continues today. Thirteen years ago he began a second practice with Dr. Kelly James in his home town of Brunswick.

Dr. Kelly James graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Dr. James enjoys all aspects of dentistry and looks forward to meeting you!

Rhonda has been in the dental profession for 10 years, but it wasn't until October 2012 that she found her home here at Brunswick Station Dental Center. Rhonda is the smiling face at the front of our office that will great you with a cheerful smile, and will make sure our office runs smoothly each day. Rhonda truly loves her job and loves working with our amazing team! Rhonda resides in Bartlett with her husband Mark of 28 years. They have two amazing daughters, and two miniature dachshunds. When she is not working, she loves spending time with friends and family. She also enjoys baking cakes and cupcakes for everyone's birthday or any special occasion!

Jessica is a registered dental assistant at Brunswick Station Dental Center. She came to work here in 2006 when she began her career in the dental field. Jessica's main role is to work chair side with Dr. Kelly James, but on Thursdays she helps out Dr. Ferguson, the hygienists, and our front desk. Jessica enjoys talking and getting to know all of our patients to help them feel more comfortable while in our office. Her favorite thing about her job is the spontaneity that comes along with it. Jessica, and her husband, Chris, along with their two daughters Layla and Olivia, reside in Tipton County. When she's not at the office, she is usually watching her two daughters out on the soccer field. She also has one miniature poodle, two German Shepherds, and 2 cats. Jessica loves the beach, good music, and making people laugh.

Paige has been practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 1997. She has worked with Dr. Ferguson since 2003. Since opening our current location, she continues to work with both Dr. Ferguson and Dr. James. Paige loves getting to know her patients; quality dental care and your comfort are at the top of her priority list. Paige is married and together they have three children and two dogs. She loves the beach, watching her boys play football, swimming in her pool, boating, and hanging out with friends and family.
