I had extractions and bone grafts. They are exceptional. I've had this done before and now realize the difference. I very little pain in comparison to the previous work.

This is my third visit in two years. I had 4 teeth extracted and all went well. Post-surgery was a breeze, very little if any no pain. The staff are so friendly and caring. The doctor explains all information so you can make a comfortable decision. He listens to your questions and answers it so you can understand it. I have recommended this office to all my friends. They are the best and look forward on my implants being done by them.

I have been to practice several times for a dental implant procedure. The doctors, staff and facility have been fantastic. The knowledge and time the employees took to explain the procedures and processes were super and the results awesome. I would highly recommend this facility and group of physicians/technicians/support staff to all in need of dental surgery and technical work.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed and was pretty anxious about it. The whole staff made him so comfortable and his healing process was a breeze!! Highly recommend Dr. Spagnoli!

Dr Full is absolutely amazing! My entire experience from start to finish was more than I could have ever hoped for! I have always been incredibly nervous when it comes to ANY dental procedure but he and his team are so kind and very, very thorough! 10/10 would recommend this wonderful place!

Surgery was quick, but when i waved my hand i was trying to say that the local anesthesia was wearing off while my canine was still being pulled. Other than that, great place

Dr Spagnolli, Dr Full and their entire staff are so welcoming, kind and have helped me greatly with my TMJ pain! I know it's a work in progress, but I'm on the right track thanks to them!!! Absolutely the BEST! THANK YOU!!!!

I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. This place is awful and the staff treated me like dirt. To start they wanted to schedule me to have some teeth pulled, didn't take my insurance (of course) so I had to look around to see if anywhere else did (no one did). When I called back they acted like they didn't know me then scheduled a consult. I told them it would be on my lunch break and to note I did not have much time (they don't care) and almost had to walk out on my consult. The dentist went over the teeth to be pulled which I already knew and scheduled me out 2 months!! I was in pain because the teeth were bad and had to call 2 or 3 times to get the appointment moved up. When I went in I complained about one of the teeth they weren't supposed to pull and was told that should have been addressed at my consult, but it didn't hurt then and I'm not a dentist so. I called back today to tell them that this tooth is now broken on both sides and guess what they don't care. I have to go through the whole process of waiting months to get back in with a dentist, have them look at this broken tooth and REFER ME AGAIN to them to wait months to have them probably do another consultation and then finally pull it when I can't take it anymore. This place is as big of a joke as the entirety of Brunswick County's health care.

Today was very nerve racking for me as I know it would be for most people. The staff was very nice and comforting to me. I had to have an extraction that my regular dentist didn't feel comfortable doing. On that note I was thinking it was going to be very difficult to do as the tooth was broken off. I was very nervous not know what to expect. The surgeon was so sweet and assured me I had nothing to worry about. He was very confident that it wouldn't be a problem getting it out. After it was all done and said I can honestly say I was relieved it came right out. It only took a few minutes and barely felt anything. I would greatly recommend Brunswick Oral Surgery to anyone with anxiety issues because they are the best.

Yesterday was very nerve-racking for me, as I know it would be for most people. The staff was very friendly and comforting to me. I had to have two wisdom teeth extracted. I thought it would be complicated to do as one tooth was broken off. I was very nervous, not knowing what to expect. I had never been sedated, and I was terrified. The surgeon (Dr. Spagnoli) was comforting and assured me I had nothing to worry about. He was confident that it wouldn't be a problem getting it out. I can honestly say I'm relieved that I finally had the procedure done. It only took a few minutes (I don't know how long it took I was sedated, and I didn't feel anything). I would remarkably recommend Brunswick Oral Surgery, Dr. Spagnoli, and his assistants (the ladies were extraordinary) to anyone with anxiety issues because they are the best.

I drove 3 hours to be seen by this place for impacted wisdom tooth removal because my teeth were killing me and I wanted to be seen ASAP by somebody. They got me the earliest appointment. It was well worth the drive! Dr Spagnoli removed all 4 of my wisdoms. It was my first time having surgery, and everyone made me feel very comfortable. They put me to sleep and I didn't feel super loopy after surgery, which was REALLY nice. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I did have one complication though that probably COULD NOT have been prevented. My body usually heals poorly. They took care of the problem promptly! I was awake during my second surgery. The anesthetic hurt like hell because I had an abscess, but I didn't feel anything during the actual surgery part. Very satisfied with my experience here! These people really care about their patients, and that is a rarity these days. God bless everyone in this facility. They saved me from certain excruciating pain and turmoil :)

Dr. Spagnoli was professional, likable, obviously an expert in his field and I highly recommend him if you are in need of his services. The office was high tech, clean and all the staff was friendly. Their practice is in Shallotte and is a lovely drive from Wilmington. -John Froneberger

I've had 2 implants done by Dr Spagnoli and he's honestly the best! He cares about his patients and the work he does. The issues with my teeth were difficult and one implant didn't look like it was placed in the best spot. He did the surgery again so it was best for me and didn't even charge me for it. I once had a question after hours and called them, expecting support staff to answer. To my surprise Dr Spagnoli answered it himself. EVERY SINGLE person in this office is kind, helpful, friendly and caring. They are alway personable and I never felt like just another patient. Don't go anywhere else if you need something done. I'm telling you now, they are awesome!

2 weeks ago Brunswick Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery removed all four of my wisdom teeth. The whole experience was great. From simply making my appointment and checking into the front desk, to my consultation where the entire procedure was explained to me, and finally the surgery where everything went so smoothly and calmly and I healed quickly and great! The entire place is amazing and i definitely recommend.
