Dr Devito, Beth, Miranda and Amanda were all professional and pleasant to work with. They did a great job of cleaning and capping a broken tooth. They didn't try to upsell a "new" mouth. They found time for an appointment timely, even as a new patient. Best dental care I've experienced in years. Dental care, not dental "business."

They just drop patients and don't ask about other appointments that you have the should close because they are billing you ins anyhow

Dr Devito does great work. Ive had three crowns several fillings and countless cleanings. Great customer service up front and they follow high standard health protocols. They can help you with most insurances and can help if you have none. They do help a lot of people so try to make the appointments or you may have to wait a while for another one. Just the nature of the game.

I'm really upset with their appointment wise and how they perform wise I was 19 weeks pregnant and they told me when I made the appointment everything looked good and I can still be accepted into it when I made for the day of my appointment then I call two days before my appointment to check on everything what I need to bring and stuff and they told me that I am over my weeks of pregnancy why is that they could not take me wise this happened before so this is the second time that they sit there and denied me wise I am 30 weeks in pregnancy and I can't go now . I'm really aggravated with people who cannot do their jobs right and tell me the truth wise when I sit there and make an appointment and I cannot go. I would never go back to these people because they do not know how to do their jobs.

I went here awhile back and they were so rude and since they said my kids missed 3 appointments and it was only 1 each they let us go and I can't find another dentist to take our insurance. But reading other reviews I guess it's something they do smh

Brunswick Family Denistry provides excellent dental care and their patient services are exceptional. The staff is very capable, professional, and committed to quality care. Interaction with staff is always very friendly, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.

I've been going to this office for 14 years. My hygienist Summer is the best. Dr. DeVito is nice, gentle, and very capable. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Devito and his staff were excellent in treating my fiance for a tooth extraction. They got him in asap and Dr Devito was very nice and professional that my fiance is ready for his next appointment!!!! Thank you so much for helping him . Highly recommend this dentist for new patients!!

Honestly extremely rude to customers, no one knows how to answer the phone when you call. They mess up and blame it on you, they couldn't even help me find my way there. But they do great dental work just extremely rude office workers

Finding a good dentist can be quite difficult, especially in rural areas. Throw in a global pandemic, and it becomes almost impossible. With most area dentists declining to take on new patients, I was rapidly losing hope. All my friend and family referrals failed to pan out, so I resorted to contacting each and every dentist within a 50 mile radius that took my insurance. Luckily, I found one relatively close to home. Dr. Brandon Devito and his team made an excellent first impression with their website, which included a popup window encouraging me to call and make an appointment. When I spoke with the receptionist, she informed me that yes, they are accepting new patients and in a bit of fortuitous timing, even had a few recent cancellations and could fit me in within a week. When it was time for my appointment, I showed up early to fill out the required forms. Due to the COVID, safety precautions are in place, and masks are required. The forms are iPad based, and the iPads are covered in plastic. Once you're called back by the hygienist and seated in the chair, then you can remove your mask. The team here is thorough, yet gentle. X-rays were a breeze, as was my cleaning. Unfortunately, I had a problem with one of my old crowns, and so will be back to fix that issue. Bottom line: if you're looking for a reliable dentist in the Shallotte/Supply area, Brunswick Family Dentistry has you covered.

I have been going to this office for about six years. They are very thorough and efficient. All the staff have been warm and friendly to us. My husband and I go together for six month check-ups and we have the highest praise for this practice.
