Great dentists! Every time I go in I'm treated like a friend, addressed by name and always with smiles. Drs Jacob are both fantastic as well. Always gentle and precise and make sure I understand exactly what they're doing. They never pressure me into getting unnecessary procedures just so they can charge my insurance. I've been going here for a few years now and I really appreciate everything they've done for me and my family

Dr. Jacob took the time to explain every step of o very extensive restoration process. He explained not only the options of work to do and the order in which it benefits me but he also explained the financial impact of each opinion.

I can't recommend this place enough. I used to go to another major dental spot in the area and they really screwed up my fillings. After coming to Brunswick Family Dental, they fixed the fillings my previous dentist put in and the difference was amazing. My last dentist made me hate chewing food because I always had constant fear that my fillings would come out, which they did. Jacob at Brunswick Family put a new filling in so well that it felt like my natural teeth, and unlike my last filling, it doesn't catch onto dental floss. Bottom line, if you like chewing your food and want the best dental work in the area, look no further.

My last visit was pleasant as always. The office is so clean and all precautions and measures of COVID-19 were in place. The whole staff, from the receptionist to the doctor, were so welcoming and so courteous and made the experience so pleasant. Dr. Joseph Jacob is so professional, thorough and exhibited an outstanding command of his knowledge and expertise, He took his time to explain the procedure, hw offered various options for treatment and was so patient during the procedure. It is an amazing office with a remarkable staff and I strongly suggest this office to everyone to have the experience I had, thanks.

Excellent experience! Dr. Jacob and his staff were amazing to deal with. The entire session was painless and as relaxing as could be. Dr. Joseph made sure that I was at ease and explained the entire process of what was about to happen. Can't wait for my new million dollar smile.

These reviews can't be real. I wasted time leaving my job to come here for major work which I stated on the phone 2 weeks ago. They call me an hour before my appointment asking who my insurance was. Never even bothered to check with them prior to appointment. I already gave my insurance info when I scheduled the appointment. I get there and the dentist looks in my mouth and says, "well you had X-rays somewhere else in Feb", WRONG BTW, it was last December. She says I need those to determine anything or you will have to pay for me to do them. What?! How about getting them prior to the appointment like any other Dentist does? Why am I here wasting my time bc you didn't do your job ahead of the appointment?! What a waste of my time. If I could give negative zero stars I would. Also, office is not modern at all and I should of known what I was getting into when I pulled up. Steer clear of these obviously related Dentists whose practice doesn't do their homework ahead of time and simply wastes patients time. I work for a medical practice and have had extensive dental work and never experienced anything like this.
