After years of going from a terrible dentist to a great dentist who eventually stopped taking my insurance, I found this office that not only took my health insurance but fixed everything the terrible dentist had screwed up & the great dentist who stopped taking my insurance never finished. The only bad thing about this office is that it's become so popular, especially after pandemic mandates were lifted, that if your appointment is 11, expect to wait at least a half-hour if not an hour. But when they get to you, they'll fix you up. Side note: some have complained they speak in another language. Someone claimed they were laughed at in another language. This is American paranoia. They are talking about is the normal stuff dentists & their staff talk about.

I waited for 2 months nd 25 days for the appointment nd one day before the lady called me to reschedule it nd even though for my procedure they never bothered to call specialist for root canal nd i never heard call back .They have too many patients overwhelmed staff & doctor.Stay away .

I'm a nurse practitioner and do understand the hardship of running clinic. Since I use dental service from this office, my filling fell out three times. No need to mention the time wasted and suffer that I have to go through. The front desk lady "Irena" is rude and does not show basic respect to patients. I arrived 2 minutes before my scheduled time and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then she let the patient who arrived 10 minutes later than me to go in first. That patient is scheduled at the same time with me. I asked "Irena" why. She said that patient made appointment first and I have to understand and have more patience. To her, over 1 hour wait after the scheduled time is not patient enough and it doesn't matter what's right or wrong, she makes the call. When I said I will not come again, she replied "we don't need patient like you". "Irena" definitely does not know how to work in a dental office. If you do not want to be treated like this, do not go to this office.

I took my Mom Maria to see Dr. Drutsko for very first time, she was very pleased with his positive attitude and good work. He explained to her everything in details, and he was very easy to talk to. She will be returning back to the office.

Very rough. I have never felt so much pain from a dental cleaning. the hygienist is not friendly and she is very rude. listen when she said to the doctor: " she is a suck"

Great experience! I came in about 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled time and they were able to accommodate me right away, maybe a 5 minute wait. All the staff are courteous and professional... the dentist is knowledgable and made my experience quick and painless. Will definitely continue coming here as needed. Highly recommend

They are not the friendliest but they're OK however the Male dentist is extremely rough, I don't think that I can bear the pain of going back to this dentist I have to find another dentist. And hygienist it's no better. No mercy.

There's nothing less than 1 star. The worse dentist i have ever experienced in life. They talk about you in another language. So unprofessional. They did a tooth extraction and left pieces of the root in my mouth. Rudely told me to go to another dentist. Was laughing at me and talking in their language. They will never see me or my family again. And I will tell everyone I know that this place is not worth it

Courteous, professional, and SUPER clean & hygienic. Excellent experience throughout. The dental hygienist and Dr. Katherine Varchenko were both very caring--as in, they actually cared about my concerns and addressing them. I also didn't feel rushed at all. Lovely experience, overall. Thank you.
