Dr Giglio is unquestionably one of the finest dentists in SE Michigan. Extraordinary skill set, extremely gentle, a GREAT chair side manner, and a very caring person. His staff is World Class, especially Ana, who is undoubtedly THE BEST dental hygienist I have ever had the privilege of taking care of me and my family. We absolutely love this practice, have been patients there for nearly a decade and would recommend them to everyone!

Very personable and talented dentist. Office staff very good also. I have had several dental procedures done here and am very satisfied with the results. I just had a crown redone and Treena did a great job! Fits perfectly and it didn't hurt at all. Thanks smile team!

Dr. Giglio is an outstanding dentist! First time coming here and I felt like I've known him And the whole staff forever. Everyone here treats you like family. Anna did my teeth cleaning And let me tell you I have never had my teeth cleaned like that ever, she took her time and really made sure they were all cleaned before I left. Dr. G checked my teeth and was super super nice and honest. It's hard to find a dentist and a staff that truly cares about you and the health of your teeth! I highly recommend coming here, quality work and super friendly!!! The best !

This was my first time at the office and I was super happy with the customer service and dental exam I received ! Dr Giglio is so fun, nice, and welcoming he will put a smile on your face instantly. Hygienist Ana is extremely thorough and did an excellent job! Very happy with my experience and highly recommend this office!

October 1, 2021 Dr. Bruno Giglio Owner, Michigan's Dental Health Professional 4515 Metropolitan Parkway Sterling Heights, MI 48313 Attn: Dr. Giglio & Hollie Dear Dr. Giglio & Hollie, I am writing this letter today in reference to my June 21st appointment I had scheduled with you. On Monday, June 21st, I had a 3 p.m. appointment with you. I woke up sick that morning, and was planning on cancelling my appointment, however, I never confirmed the appointment and I know from my first visit that if you don't confirm you cancel the appointment. While lying on the couch, my girlfriend Lashanda Peters-Robinson "Talia", who is also a patient received a call that there was a cancelation at 3 p.m. (which was my time) and did she want to come in. She accepted the appointment and came in at that time. At approximately 3:05 p.m. I received a call from Hollie, asking where I was and if I was coming in. I stated "No, I am sick on the couch". I cannot recall what Hollie's response was, but it was brief, and we hung up the phone. At 7:54 p.m. I was shocked to receive a text from Dr. Bruno stating: "Listen, I know we are friends and all, however, you need to be nice to my staff or you're not welcome here. My staff is like my family and if you treat my wife or sister like that, I'd sock you in the nose. Flowers are nice, the girl that called was Hollie. If that's not acceptable, then maybe we should part now... Bruno" I have never seen such unprofessionalism in a professional establishment like this ever before. Your text was insulting, bias, and the claim was factually untrue! I would imagine that if someone states "I am sick on the couch" they most likely are not going to blowing kisses through the phone with an upbeat attitude. Further, Talia was there, and we both assumed she took my 3 p.m. appointment. Both Talia and I will no longer be patients with your practice because of this unprofessional insult. Enclosed is the $100 payment for the attached bill. If there is any remaining unpaid balance, please forward immediately so we can close the account. You should work on your professional courtesy and manners, and not assume your side of the story is the correct version.

Extremely friendly, professional, staff, clean and cautious with proper practices dealing with Covid. Dr Giglio is awesome, he is extremely qualified and will make your experience going to the dentist something not to dread but to feel comfortable and wanting to return to take care of your mouth. When they ask how can we make you SMILE TODAY ? they will by the experience you will have. Thank you guys Jason Twaddle

Dr. Giglio became my dentist when I moved to Michigan 5 years ago. 2 years ago I moved back home to Tx and have had 2 other dentists work on me. Today I flew to Michigan to see Dr. Giglio to have him fix the mistakes of the past 2 dentists. There was no pain or issues with my root canal and 2 other small cavities. The staff is a well oiled machine and if he isn't cracking you up with his happy hilarious personality, his non-stop stabs at singing ALL the songs piped into the office will entertain you. Today I heard him sing Cindy Lauper- . Who knew the dentist could be so much fun? I am never cheating on Dr Giglio again- and am committed to a flight to Detroit every year. Its definitely worth it! Thank you Dr Giglio!
