Are you expecting to have to see a separate specialist for gum disease treatment or implant placement? Thats not necessary at Bruner Dental. As part of our goal of providing comprehensive dentistry, we offer all dental services under one roof. This means that you wont have to worry about being told that you need to see a separate specialist; youll have a team that you already know you can count on throughout the entire process.
Dentistry is not the same today as it was even a few decades ago. Digital technology has made taking X-rays a faster, safer process. CT scans allow us to perform dental implant placement and other procedures fully aware of the dental structures and underlying nerves that could cause complications. Soft tissue lasers and the Wand can make previously frightening procedures much more comfortable even for anxious patients. We keep up with the latest technology so that you always get the best treatment possible whenever you visit us.
You need to take care of your familys finances even while youre taking care of their teeth. We accept many different dental insurance providers, and we can let you know whether or not were in-network with your own plan. CareCredit financing is also available for times when your insurance doesnt fully cover the cost of a given treatment or if you simply find yourself unable to pay the entire cost of your care all at once.
Dr. Christine Root grew up in Fairmount, Indiana, graduating from Madison-Grant High School. She received her bachelors of science degree from Marion College before attending the Indiana University School of Dentistry. She did her internship in implantology and orthodontics before joining Bruner Dental Center in 1986.
Christine and her husband Bruce are the proud parents of weimaraners. She loves being active, running, swimming, and playing golf. Dr. Root also loves music, playing guitar and singing in a band named the Cadaverdogs. She loves dentistry because it gives her the ability to help people attain oral health and self-confidence.
Dr. Clifford Sneed (but you can call him Randy) grew up in Fairmount, Indiana. After receiving his bachelor of science degree at Ball State, he attended the Meharry Medical School of Dentistry, graduating in 1992. He's been with Bruner Dental Center ever since!
Dr. Sneed maintains memberships in the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. He loves helping people regain their smiles, restoring self-confidence and bringing back health.

I had a positive experience, the staff was very upbeat and respectful. They explained everything to me and took the time to answer all questions. Going to the dentist can be frightening to some, but at Bruner Dental they really treat you like family.

Brittany was extremely sympathetic to my concerns and was a dream to have as a hygienist. She made me feel comfortable with the whole experience. Dr. Root was an absolute sweetheart. I truly appreciated the kindness and friendliness. I would highly recommend them. They are really good about texting and emailing to remind you of your appointment. Also, a big plus was when you schedule a 9:00 appointment, that doesn't mean they'll see you at 10:00. 9 is 9. Great job to all.

Love this place! Dr. Root and Betty are always so kind and always make you feel very safe and comfortable. Just wish they were in my network provider United Healthcare base. Would help with the expense of my checkups.

The hygienist I had was superb. Seemed to do a great job, made sure I was comfortable and was pleasant to talk to. Maybe I should demand her every time! Only been there twice and both times I was treated with respect and professionalism. So happy I switched my entire family to them!

Went to our first visit here today and I was very impressed. The staff were so nice and helped with my kiddos. They weren't scared at all and were actually too comfortable haha The atmosphere was great. The building was clean and inviting .I have dental anxiety and the lady made me feel better about my smile. Thank you to this team y'all are Rick stars!!

We love Bruner Family Dental! The hygienists are amazing with our kids (6&7). They've never been afraid to go to the dentist, and I think it's because of how happy and kind the staff are. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in Grant County!

Dr. Root and her assistant did an amazing job. They are personable and so good at what they do. The office is welcoming and you won't find an office manager better than Rhondell. I recommend the office to everyone!! Thanks for a great experience!

Dr Root and Robin are great. They put in a filling for a hair line fracture on one of my teeth. They made me as comfortable as possible (Dr Root even gave me a blanket to keep me warm because it was so cold in the room!) I've been treated well by all the staff I have had contact with from the front desk to paying my bill. All have been extremely friendly and professional. Thanks for making a dental appointment less painful.

Our family loves Dr. Sneed and everyone who works here! We always feel welcome, the service is beyond excellent. I have always had a hard time with going to the dentist and Dr. Sneed has helped to take that fear away!
