The hygienist was very sweet. Staff was nice too.. 1 hour and half wait .. hurt a lot ..

Terrible, this was my first visit at this location. Nurses were pleasant and kind, the hygienist Gissell Garcia attitude was horrible and terrible talking to me like I was a little kid. She refused to service me because of a heart mumor that closed as I grew older. I tried to ask questions of why I would not be serviced she yelled at me and told me "because this is my office and this is how I work" I said I understand but my past dentist and she cut me off and said "that was your past dentist" as I'm still tryna ask her questions she leaves the room while I'm asking and told on of the nurses to "deal with me" and she went into a room to eat her food. I told the nurse she is very rude and she continued to yell from the other room that she was not rude. I asked her for her name she said I gave it to you already. I asked again she just gave me her first name, asked her to spell it she said "oh you can't spell" then proceeded to spell her name sarcastically, I asked for her last name and she refused so I told her I will be taking a picture and as I did she ran to the door and slammed it in my face nearly hitting me. This experience was ridiculous and I filed a complaint with my insurance. I would not recommend this office to anyone!

The dental assistant ( young lady with the boot on her foot) was absolutely great. Such a great experience with her. The dental hygienist had a terrible attitude, she was extremely aggressive with me. She pulled and tugged on my face and was so rough with my cleaning that she broke one of my brackets ( braces). Definitely won't be back.

Call your insurance yourself and ask them if whatever you need is covered. This dentist will say it is not covered and charge you for work that is covered.

Today was my first visit to this place, they took photos of mouth and what not, as expected, and cleaning, but had unfriendly experience with the dentist. After completing the cleaning, I wanted her to share what she found or noticed In mouth as I had problem with receding gums. She caught and attitude, not wanting to answer my question when I asked her about what should I do with my gums, which should be discussed with me without me asking her. Her response didn't answer what I asked her.

They are courteous and nice. The office is clean. Easy to get an appointment. You would have trust them and think have your best interest at hand. They lie and are not to be trusted. I took my 86 yo mother here. They said she need a crown for a broken tooth. They never requested the authorization from her insurance. After 2 more visits where they did absolutely nothing but look in her mouth I questioned them. Then they requested the authorization. Couple weeks later I get the notice from the insurance company thats its approved. I make another appointment and confirm she is coming to get the tooth fixed. Day of appointment they call me and say she has to pay approx $320 half today and half when she comes back (again). They say the crown and a root canal was approved but a polar something (which they say is needed to put in the crown) was denied. She has to pay $320. I call the insurance company.. the dentist only requested the crown, nothing was denied and the polar part doesn't even need authorization and is fully covered. My mother should not be paying anything. Long story short call your insurance yourself, they robbing you and the insurance company. They did not request a root canal {which she doesn't need anyway), they did not get a denial for anything.

Very clean, organized, appointments are in just in days, and little wait time at waiting area to see the Dentist. Many plans accepted but not all Dental work maybe covered by your insurance (I know insurance companies suck big time on Dental coverage). Front desk treated me and everyone coming it with professionalism, as well as Dental Assistants. My porcelain tooth on side front came out as I was eating dinner. I needed the Dentist to just put it back and give me a good price, insurance wasn't covering and I looked hideous without the tooth. Instead he gave me other options which he says are better but they were going to cost thousands. I was also told they have payment plans, I let him know with honesty I would try cost at other places (I know the porcelain tooth can be put back in, I had it only 3 months with it). I went to another Dentist and he put back the porcelain tooth for $250. If your insurance covers the work with this Dentist, you're lucky. I've heard the Dentist is a cool guy, maybe he just didn't want to put back another Dentist porcelain tooth. I don't know

Great dental service. Dr.Barak is a great and professional dentist. Really takes the time and effort to communicate with the patient. Highly recommend them!

Best experience ever with a dentist. From the start the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The nurses were great and made the visit relaxing. The doctor was amazing and careful with me. Thank you guys

Front desk does an amazing job . Jennifer, Rose and Isabell are professional and compassionate at the same time. Wait times are above average and Dr Lesley is the real deal.. Couldnt be more confident with my familys care.. Thank you Bruckner Dental .!

This is the worst staff I have ever encounter. Heartless inconsiderate people. Very rude and obnoxious. Definitely in the wrong profession. I was late for my appointment because I was stuck at another appointment. They saw my minor kids without my presence and refuse to allow me to talk to the doctor. I hope the doctor reads this review.

Horrible customer service ... rude front desk (Milly) .. they always forget who you are (after several years of going to that office) and dentist doesn't care about customer satisfaction with teeth. Office motto: "Pay me, that's it! ... Next!". Won't be going back and it's a shame because i had always defended that office to people who spoke ill of it but not anymore... :(

This location is horrible. Dr. Khan is amazing and a pleasure to have as a dentist but the front desk staff is the worst I have ever seen. From the way they answer the phone to the lack of ability to write down the correct appointment date for the follow up appointment. Milly is extremely nasty and unprofessional. She lacks the ability to be professional over the phone and in person. I do not recommend this location at all. I gave it one star because in order to write a review I had to but if it was up to me this office would get s negative 5 stars.

Omg I am so upset right now. If i can give then a no start i would. Today i had an appointment at 2pm and when i called to ask about the grace period because i need to pick up my daughter from school being that we have the app together they tell me your appointment has been cancel because of computer issues. Seriously this is the 3rd time they do this to me with the same excuse. The system is down " likr really" I definitely do not recomend this place and i will not be going there again. Thr worst

This Place is terrible. I tried calling to get directions and the receptionist bang the phone on me before I was done asking how to get there. Once I finally found this office ( witch is an apartment. Fount that strange.) instead of apologizing, she just kept going back and forth with me. I DO NOT RECOMEND.
