Dr Richards has practiced dentistry in American Fork for more than twenty-seven years. He was born in Tucson, Arizona and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated as the top 3 of his class at Oregon Health Sciences School of Dentistry (1992), and at University of Utah (1988). Dr Richards served a residency at University of Utah VA hospital (1992-1993) He is a long-standing member of the American Dental Association and the Provo Dental Society. Dr. Richards enjoys learning and continues to learn the newest advancements in cosmetics, Implants, full mouth restoration, veneers, and bone grafting.
Dr Richards established his Dental Practice in 1993 on Center Street and then for the past twenty years has been located at 233 E Main. Dr. Richards has always enjoyed practicing in American Fork where he has seen many families grow and mature. He takes pride in his practice and cares about his patients, treating them with the attention and respect that they deserve.

My husband called yesterday for an appointment, and they see him next morning. Receptionists were very friendly. The person who worked on my husband with the cleaning process was very gentle my husband was so thrilled with that, they worked on others problems today and was so quickly.

My Autistic daughter was terrified of the dentist and we used to have to sedate her every time. We can now just do laughing gas at Dr Richards because they are so kind and patient with our girl making her feel safe. They do amazing work too

I was looking for a dentist in the Utah county area and Dr Richards was recommended to me by a good friend. I was nervous for my first visit but I didn't need to be. Everyone was super nice! The office is extremely clean. You can tell that Dr Richards and staff sincerely care about your dental health. I would highly recommend Dr Richards if you are looking for an excellent doctor in the American Fork area. Even if you aren't in that area, I would still recommend him. I was told that people come clear from California to see him! Yes, he's that good.

Updating: took my daughter in here since I had a good experience. It was AWFUL. She screened the entire time they had to pull a tooth, I wasn't to upset about that until I took her to a pediatric dentist that found they had left part of her tooth still in her mouth. Have not been back since Dr. Richards was amazing. He took such good care of me. Got me right in when needed for a root canal: made it quick and painless. His staff was so friendly and inviting.

Very fast work from Dr. Richard's, for 4 fillings I was expecting to take 2 hours, but we were done in an hour and a half. One filling was for my front tooth and it turned out wonderful, I didn't realize how self conscious I was being about it but now I don't need to worry

Dr Richards and his team are so accommodating to my schedule. They are patient and professional with my care and needs. I have had to have some dental work done and I feel their pricing is fair. I trust Dr Richards and his team and I feel he is honest with my plan of care. After my last major dental procedure he personally called to check on how I was doing. He has done the same for the rest of my family. Dorinda was our hygienist and was so gentle yet thorough in her instruction. They are really a great practice.
