Sally has enjoyed working in the dental field for over 35+ years. Her experience in dentistry has been in both private dental offices and large groups. Her prior years as a RDA assisting the doctor, working in the front office, her attention to detail and the numerous hours of continuing education has given her a extensive and comprehensive understanding of all aspects in the dental practice. She enjoys working with Dr.Brumm and loves the friendships with her co-workers. When she not in the dental office, Sally loves to vacation around the world and experience the food, the sights, and all the adventures of traveling.
I was born and raised in Southern California. I graduated from Cal State Long Beach and Hygiene School at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz. I have many years as a dental hygienist and have enjoyed working in both Northern and Southern California. My experience also includes 20+ years as a hygienist in a periodontal specialy practice. I enjoy working with Dr. Brumm and my close friendships with my co-workers. I feel so blessed to be a part of a fantastic dental team and all of our patients are the best! I enjoy long walks with friends and reading a good book. I have two daughters who live in Northern California and four really fun grandsons.
I am a licensed RDA with over 30 years experience. I am the back office coordinator for Dr. Brumm. I graduated from San Diego Mesa College as a Certified Dental Assistant. I have my X-ray license, a coronal polishing license and I am CPR certified. I enjoy interacting and connecting with patients to make them feel comfortable during their dental visit. Excellent attention to detail. I enjoy working with Dr. Brumm who is an excellent dentist, and his great dental team! I am the mother of two children who graduated from college with engineering degrees, and I am very proud. During my free time I love to walk on the beach, work on home projects, and read a good book.

Jade springmeyer Previous patient posting honest review of Dr. Brumm. I started seeing dr Brumm after he bought my original dentists practice. After spending the last two years healing from my surgery with Dr. Brumm I felt called to set this review, maybe it can help someone from making the same mistake I did. This man took over my previous drs office I continued to see him because I trusted the staff. However Dr Brumm seriously hurt me. I ended up seeing a fabulous prosthodontics Dr who saved my life put me in a splint and didn't rush to do all the work that DR Brumm adamantly said I needed to be done. After seeing Dr Brumm and having complications from surgery I was evaluated by multiple drs and the neurologist informed me that my jaw was severely dislocated. Hummm wonder how that happened? He should have known more about my TMJ and the problems a procedure like that could have caused. He LACKED awareness of the overall condition of my mouth and my health.. then proceeded to try and make me feel bad about my health. Never once did I get concern or apology from this man. I definitely would do your research before deciding to go here for care.

I had the best experience at this dental office. I made a call to the office before they even opened and Paula was so great to calm my fears and assure me that I could be seen today... mind you I am a new patient with a dental emergency. She told me that Sally would call as soon as they opened, and she did exactly that. They were able to see me within the hour! Dr Brumm was personable, kind, and caring, just like the rest of the staff. He was able to educate me and give me the referral that I needed for surgery. He was really easy to talk to. Paula even scheduled me with the referred doctor, who I also was lucky enough to see today and even scheduled the future surgery. It's hard to find a dental team you can trust and I'm so glad I finally found them! Thanks so much for everything!

My Sophomore buddy goes to Brumm, he told me that he is very good..... so I went. Dr.Brumm... He helped me out also had some nice convo with him. Cool guy!

Some dentits are good, some are bad, But I was so happy to find Dr. Brumm when I got a job in La Jolla. He really cared about me as a patient and gave me great advice. My father was a dentist, and even my father (who is a harsh critic) was very pleased with Dr. Brumms work. My father even got some work done by Dr. Brumm when he was in town visiting. His staff is also very kind. Only downside is that I am only in La Jolla for half they year, so some of my check ups have to be with a dentist out of state. Good job Dr. Brumm

Going to the Dentist has been hard for me for years. I have never been able to find a good Dentist. As a graduate student at UCSD, I decided to go to Dr. Brumm. He is the best dentist I have ever had. He was super nice cool and his staff was great.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Brumm. He was extremely kind, gentle, and did amazing high quality work. My teeth had never looked and felt better. It is very hard to find a good dentist, but Dr. Brumm was absolutely great. He not only provided great work, but he was also kind and gentle during the process. I defiantly recommend Dr. Brumm.

Dentists are like mechanics: some give you honest reports and others suggest expensive, unnecessary upgrades. Bumm DDS falls into the latter category. I've always had good reports from previous dentists. I was thus very surprised when Bumm DDS pushed for a deep clean and quarterly (as opposed to bi-annual) checkups. I declined the upgrades and tried a new dentist, who assured me that my teeth were fine. I won't be returning to Bumm DDS.
