This is the best dentist practice I have ever been to. Their level of professionalism and kindness is amazing. They provide the best dental care by being so thorough and their follow up is one of a kind. Thank you Dr. Lein and team!

I was visiting from out of town and had nagging toothache. Was referred to Bruce via a friend. Called him on a Saturday afternoon and he said just meet me at the office. He is extremely friendly, patient and practical. Even did a conference call with my dentist from home to compare notes. Most important, he was very thorough and very thoughtful in his approach with me...despite the fact i was not a regular patient, which I now will gladly become. Outstanding dentist in every regard. Highly recommend him

I went in for my normal 6-month cleaning and was told I had to pay $105. I told them my insurance pays 100% for cleanings and has done since I started going to Dr. Lein over 10 years ago. The person at the front desk told me this fee was in ADDITION to what they bill my insurance. Something about COVID and a different type of cleaning (not sure what was wrong with the cleaning I had for the past 10+ years). I found out most of the employees are new. I'm not sure what happened to my trusted dentist's office but I cancelled my appointment and I'm going elsewhere. This is NOT the same dentist I've recommended to anyone who's asked over the past 10 years. 100% is supposed to be 100%. I'm going to let me insurance company know of this practice as well. Unfortunately, something is very off with this situation.

I've been going to Dr. Lein for the last ten years and find that my experience every single time has been wonderful. From the office staff to the hygiene to my experience with Dr. Lein when I fractured my front tooth - I highly recommend Dr. Lein and his practice!

In November my 80 year old mother visited Dr. Lein for a broken tooth. Dr. Lein started the process and halfway through told the hygienist to complete the job. This "temporary" tooth cost $1000.00 and needs to be REMOVED. She can't even get a piece of dental floss in between this tooth ..on either side. I would not bring my dog to this dentist. E. As others have noted, we too have been told they now charge $80 for cleanings that are covered by insurance. If you accept someone's insurance, I don't understand how you can randomly decide to charge an additional amount. Very happy customer in the past but now not sure what to do.

I was shocked -I just received a call to confirm my appointment and they told me that they will charge me an $80 for a cleaning and that's with insurance that always allows 2 cleanings a year no charge for me. I have been with them for awhile, I won't be going back there anymore . I did like them -why would they do such a thing to their loyal customers. Now I have to find a new dentist. By the way I found a dentist that does not charge the PPE. with a good reputation. I a go an appointment for tomorrow.

I can't say thank you enough to Dr Bruce Lein and Dr Pette . I went in for a cracked tooth only to find I had an infected tooth and needed have a sinus lift. They took such good care of me, so caring. I'd also like to say thank you to their whole staff. Nancy Kilfeather thank you for the Recommendations. I highly recommend this Dentist Practice 5stars.

Zero stars from me. I arrived in Jupiter with an excellent bite; I left his practice two years later after a number of disturbing incidents. Now my bite is way off; he bungled my crown so that my lower nighttime mouth guard no longer fit. He cut off that part of it, which over time, has caused the unguarded teeth to super erupt. I chew with two teeth that touch, and need the services of a specialist to fix this. His office also could not make a comfortable upper mouth guard for me to wear at night, and I have headaches and tension in my mouth at night from this. He ruined my bite, and his assistants became defensive when I complained. My friends who used his office previously also left the practice with problems of their own. I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere for dental services.

Best dentist I have been to in a very long time!! Would recommend over and over. Dr. Lein does amazing work, didn't feel a thing getting my cavity filled, which is amazing for someone who dreads having dental work done. All hygienists and assistants are so nice and personable. Alexandria and Tammy made my appointment so enjoyable!

We were very happy with Dr Lein, his staff and dental hygienist - until coronavirus. After the virus, not everyone in the office is strictly practicing wearing masks - to our disappointment. Dr Lein obviously is not mandating it - or everyone would. We changed to a dentist who cares about our whole health - not just our mouth.
