In 1977, Dr. Laurie graduated from the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in Portland, Oregon. He performed oral surgery to replace lost teeth with highly natural-looking dental implants in 1978 and never looked back. He has since placed over 5,000 dental implants for grateful patients.
During a stint of advanced dental education training at the prestigious Pankey Institute in Florida, Dr. Laurie developed his guiding dental care philosophy. In Search of Excellence is the phrase he always returns to when providing high-quality care for patients. His goal is to lead his team in providing caring and gentle dentistry for all his patients.
A highly respected oral surgeon in his field, Dr. Laurie has trained a host of his contemporaries in placing implants and restoring beautiful smiles. Dr. Laurie has excelled in all implant placements and restorations, including single tooth implants, bridges, implant-supported dentures, and also mini dental implants.
Outside of the office, Dr. Laurie enjoys traveling around the world helping people. He has worked with the humanitarian aid organization World Vision International, and has traveled to Peru and Honduras providing dentistry in orphanages.
Chris Falkosky, DMD, is an esteemed team member at Ramona Dental Group in Ramona, California. Originally from nearby Poway, California, Dr. Falkosky enjoys serving patients from communities shes intimately familiar with throughout San Diego County.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego, in La Jolla, California. Next, Dr. Falkosky went on to obtain her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from Boston Universitys School of Dentistry. In 1995, she returned home to the Golden State and began her professional career in dentistry.
In 1999, Dr. Falkosky began a journey that has brought her immense personal and professional fulfillment. That was the year she joined Ramona Dental Group. She excels at working with children and performing cosmetic dentistry procedures that lead to incredible aesthetic results. Shes also an active member of the San Diego County Dental Society and American Dental Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Falkosky is a mother of three and enjoys riding horses, gardening, and spending time in the desert with her family. She also makes time to volunteer abroad. A highlight of that work includes past travels to Mexico with the nonprofit Flying Samaritans and providing dental treatment to underserved communities.
Timothy Miller Jr., DDS, is a caring and compassionate provider at Ramona Dental Group in Ramona, California. He was born in Hollywood, California, and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of San Diego. From there, he went on to graduate from the UCSF School of Dentistry at the University of California, San Francisco.
Dr. Miller realized very early on that he had a passion for the surgical side of dentistry, including implant placement, bone grafting, and removing impacted wisdom teeth. Pursuing this passion propelled him through the three levels of the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists) Implant Certification Program which earned him the Diplomat standing.
When hes not geeking out reading about dental surgery, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He also enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling to Spanish-speaking countries to enjoy the people and work on his Spanish.
