I was raised in Scotch Plains, NJ, and have been practicing general dentistry in Summit, NJ, for over twenty-five years since taking over the established practice of long-time Summit resident Dr. Edward J. Micone. During my residency training at Overlook Hospital, I met a nurse named Kim Sweeney, and we fell in love. We got married, and today we reside in Basking Ridge, NJ, with our four children. My interests include fishing, biking, nature, photography, gardening, exercising, yoga, and meditation.
I am a member of the ADA, the NJDA, and the Union County Dental Society and I am also active in local study groups. I continue to share my passion for dentistry by mentoring recent dental school graduates as an attending dentist on staff in the teaching program at Overlook Medical Center.

My journey in this profession began by completing the Dental Assistant Program at UMDNJ (now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine). Motivated by the enthusiasm of my colleagues and my own desire to pursue additional education, I went on to earn my Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene and my license to administer local anesthesia (both also at UMDNJ). I continue to seek professional development opportunities that help me deliver exceptional care for our patients. I take great pride in helping our patients achieve and maintain healthy mouths, and I am inspired by the many smiles I see each day. I am blessed with a loving family. My husband Charles and I have three children: Charlie, Carla, and Noah. When I am not busy working, I enjoy cooking, exercising, and reading.
I started as a chairside dental assistant over seven years ago. I love all aspects of this profession especially tending to our patients to assure that they are relaxed and comfortable during their visit. I like taking care of details and so I enjoy keeping the office and treatment rooms neat, clean, and organized. My primary concern is to serve our patients in the best possible manner by being caring, sensitive, and professional.

Best Dental office. Always clean . Staff always friendly. Fran is the best Hygienist. She knows her customers well. I have not always been a relaxed patient, but I can actually relax and almost fall asleep.

Dr. Grimaldi is kind, warm and patient-focused. His entire staff was welcoming and professional from the minute I called to make my appointment, to walking in the front door, to sitting in the chair. Dr. Grimaldi is an artist and I would recommend anyone trust him with your smile. It is clear he enjoys his work and enjoys making his patients happy.

I have been going to Dr. Grimaldi since I was in high school I'm now in my 40's. What an amazing doctor. He is so attentive, kind, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. He has done amazing work on my teeth. He spends time on patient education and makes sure you're comfortable throughout the whole process. He has a very special ability in making me feel calmer as soon as he comes in the room. When it comes to my teeth I need this, we all do! He surrounds himself with an unbelievable support staff. Fran and Lynn are outstanding. Dr. Grimaldi and his staff genuinely care about his patients and their teeth. Thank You!

Wonderful dentist....would highly recommend him...explains everything and doesn't cause any pain which is so important!!!....highly skilled....having been a dental patient for so many years, he reminds me of my former dentist who was also wonderful...Dr Grimaldi also has a great personality and I enjoy chatting with him. His staff is lovely...competent and friendly...the office is well run and efficient

Dr Grimaldi is hands down the best dentist to which I have ever been. He is expertly skilled, extremely meticulous, very caring, and (beyond his professional abilities), he is a genuinely great guy. I highly recommend Bruce Grimaldi, a dentist and man of impeccable character. Of course, the same holds true for his staff as well.

Highly attentive to their patients needs. Dr. Grimaldi and his staff create a welcoming environment, and listen carefully to your concerns. They maintain a clean and sanitary environment. We've been with them for roughly 20 years and highly recommend them to all.

Fran is a great hygienist and very friendly and caring, Lynn at the front desk is always very friendly. As someone who had great reluctance to visit the dentist they along with Dr. Grimaldi had a great deal of patience and understanding in working trough those concerns.
