From other reviews, it looks like the dentist is pretty good if you can get that far. I called, left messages that were never returned. When I did get through (by calling back myself) and was in the middle of explaining why I needed an exam and cleaning on the same day, I was hung up on. I simply have enough trouble getting a day off from work to go to the dentist once, let alone for two separate visits. The receptionist was very rigid and rude, two qualities that I can do without, so I won't be going there. Too bad. Who knows, the dentist may be great (?).

Very helpful and friendly staff. Being new to the area I was overwhelmed by trying to find a dentist, but everyone at Bruce Family Dentistry was helpful and kind. I would recommend them to everyone I know, and will be using them for myself and my family going forward.

I was recommended to Dr. Bruce by a coworker. I will have to say the recommendation was subpar. Dr Bruce and his staff are outstanding!

I saw Dr. Bruce when I needed a tooth pulled he was awesome very gentle and just a great person. When my Partner had a painful tooth ache I called Dr. Bruce, once again he got us in right away and did a great job. We will continue to see him for our dental needs.

I had a lot of problems with my teeth and I knew it would be a lot of work. But they were very open to take me in and help me out. Very good dentist! And assistance are amazing

I've always been treated very well at Bruce Family Dentistry! Very nice & professional! Dr. Bruce does nice work & in my opinion-- as pain free as possible! The office staff and hygienists are very well qualified and very helpful!

I called Dr. Bruce's office 12/09 to see if they were accepting new medicaid patients, the receptionist was polite and friendly and acknowledged they were and to just stop in and fill out the new patient paper work, she said new patient appointments were a couple weeks out. After I filled out the paper work she informed me there was a cancelation for today 12/10, great! The dental assistant and Dr. Bruce were wonderful to work with! The overall experience was efficient and pleasant. I look forward to my next appointments and will definitely recommend Dr. Bruce and his staff to other people.

As requested by the dentist office, I stopped by to provide my insurance card and fill out paperwork in order to get an appointment scheduled. I walk through the door at exactly 4:25 pm (they close at 5pm) where I was shunned with the most unwelcoming look. The woman at the front desk proceeds to slowly put her mask on, continuously giving me a scowl before finally saying, "I am in the process of closing, can I help you". Despite her demeanor, I greeted her, apologized and explained what I needed. I was provided with an appointment but not without her telling me at least three times she was "in the process of closing" and making me feel further belittled. I understand it was near closing but I had to drive 35 minutes into Great Falls just to schedule an appointment almost a month out for the dentist to do a full exam with x-rays to establish care and treatment of the broken tooth causing me pain. I distinctly stated to her that I've had routine dental care up until my dentist moved this past July. I had no problem being sent home with the paperwork (completed at home within 5 minutes) but it would of been nice to at least sign paperwork to have the office request my dental records. My experience thus far goes against their Mission Statement which makes me skeptical of their true ethics and practice. I am aware people have their off days but their phone and email etiquette doesn't show any difference either.

Amazing staff & Dentist! Their office is always willing to work around my busy schedule to find me an appt. The customer service is always top notch. Dr. Bruce provides excellent work & care.

Always a great experience! They're efficient and know what they're doing. Dr. Bruce is really kind, explains things well, and doesn't try to over-treat. Staff is kind and I'm always impressed with how well they remember me.
