I was born and raised in Redding and graduated from Enterprise High School with a full athletic scholarship in football to Cal Poly. After graduating with a bachelors degree in Microbiology, I was awarded a Deans Scholarship to attend the University of Pacific, School of Dentistry, in San Francisco, where I earned my DDS.
I was then accepted into a one-year Advanced General Dentistry Program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. There, I focused on dental implants, periodontics and bite/TMJ disorders. In 1996, I returned to Northern California and started practicing in Palo Cedro, eventually expanding my practice to Cottonwood. Since my return, I have been very dedicated to continuing my studies with the leaders in dentistry so I can bring the best options available to my patients.
I am passionate about dentistry and getting to know my patients and helping them discover the many options modern dentistry has to offer. I am active in the community by participating in local civic clubs. I am married to Shelley, and we have a daughter, Riley and twin sons, Ty and Chase. I enjoy fly-fishing, backpacking, mountain biking and spending time with my family.
I am also a graduate of Enterprise High School. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Fresno. I worked in Corporate Sales and Marketing for 15 years in the San Francisco Bay Area and in Chapel Hill, NC. I am married to Dr. Farrell and we have three children. I love to garden, work out, and enjoy spending time with my family.
I feel extremely grateful working in my hometown with Dr. Farrell since 2006. I am part of a fabulous team that provides our patients with outstanding care. Helping the greatest patients ever and providing excellent customer service is not only gratifying, but also makes the office the happiest place on earth.
I earned my RDA in 1985, married my forever rock Tom, in 1988, and raised our two incredible kids Alexa and Andrue, who are my greatest joy. I love spending time with family, my dogs and living healthy in the great outdoors.
I am the newest member of this team, and am so enjoying being here! My name is Bonnie Koller, and though I have been a Registered Dental Assistant since 1997, most recently I have spent several years specializing in Oral Sleep Medicine (treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea with an Oral Sleep Retainer). I was delighted to transition to this office knowing that Dr Farrell is passionate about Oral Sleep Medicine, and the quality of life and life preserving benefits it offers. It has been rewarding to see the high quality of care that is offered here, the variety of services provided and to hear patients express that they can tell this is an exceptional practice. On a personal note, I am married to the love of my life, Bob Koller. We enjoy the outdoors from hiking to kayaking and often enjoy such activities with our family and friends.
My name is Leesa and I was born and raised in Shasta county. I have been an assistant since 2015 and enjoy working for Dr Farrell for many reasons. Primarily, I love the interaction with our patients and also working for a doctor with amazing integrity. Outside of Dr. Farrells office, I enjoy working my second job as a server, working with horses, learning violin, and continuing my education at Shasta College!

Far beyond traditional x-rays, this system provides a highly detailed anatomical scan, producing high definition 3D images of the bones, teeth, nerves, and sinuses. First time there and everyone was friendly, kind and welcoming. They did xrays and exam went over all plans for future exams with no pressure. Can't wait for my first cleaning with Kerry.

I had a cleaning done by Tori yesterday, she did an amazing job and was careful about my sensitive teeth. My teeth feel great, as they always do after leaving Dr. Bruce Farrell's office. Doc even took the time to adjust a tooth that has been bothering me. The staff and treatment are unlike any other.

Dr Farrell's office & staff especially are outstanding. They got me in quickly, did X-rays, & with a cancellation of the appointment behind me were able to do deep cleaning on my bottom 2 quadrants. I have extreme anxiety still at age 69 from going to a children's dentist who did not believe in using novacaine. Carrie was very calming & made the visit comfortable & I go back Monday for more. EXCELLENT OFFICE definitely giving them 5 stars!!

I was very pleased at the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Farrell. The staff if all outstanding, loved Bonnie, who is so friendly and warm as well as well trained. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone, especially those who have had bad experiences in the past. Big thumbs up!

I avoided dentists for years. I've found Dr. Farrell and his staff to all be wonderful people. I honestly feel relaxed every time I walk into their office. They are comprehensive and handle a lot of services in house so you don't have to find an outside endodontist, etc... If you're looking for a dentist, your search should end here. Bruce and his staff are what a dentist office should be.

More stars, please! I can not praise highly enough the professionalism, diligence and kind attention received on my first visit to Palo Cedro Dental Care. I was reluctant to give up my wonderful San Francisco dentists, even after 20 years in the North State. Finally, when I unexpectedly lost a filling prior to a trip out of town, it was just impractical to drive 400 miles-- down and back -- to replace it. My husband had switched over to Dr. Farrell when we first moved to Redding from Mt. Shasta about six years earlier. So I called and amazingly scheduled a next-day appointment. Wow!! I was blown away. I got the full Monty of new-patient treatment: full mouth x-rays, photographs, cleaning, polishing... a truly comprehensive dental assessment, with some forward-looking options and recommendations. And in the end, unexpectedly, Dr. Farrell found time to replace my filling. Everyone I met could not have been nicer, more gentle or expert. Equipment and protocols were all first-rate, exceeding my exacting standards. For all my adult life, I have been lucky to have the best dental care anyone could want, and now I feel assured it will continue for years to come. Thank you Dr. Farrell and your entire team at Palo Cedro Dental.
