Dr.Bruce Spigner has been practicing dentistry since 1982. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a postdoctoral degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in hospital dentistry. While at UCLA, he received additional training in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, sedation, endodontics, periodontics, and oral surgery.
Dr. Spigner is widely recognized for his expertise in hospital dentistry and served as the founder and Director of Dental Services at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center creating the first hospital dentistry program of its kind in the Valley.
Dr. Spigners experience includes all aspects of dentistry including cosmetic, restorative and sedative dentistry and receives referrals from physician and dentists throughout the state. Dr. Spigner is an active member of multiple national, state and local dental organizations. His rigorous education, experience and gentle approach to dental wellness make his patients feel relaxed and comfortable.
Our restorative team members have over 30 years of combined experience in dental assisting. They are compassionate and caring and will treat you like one of their own family. They are gentle and competent in all areas of dentistry and are dedicated to your safety and comfort. All members of Dr. Spigner's team are CPR certified and experienced with treating patients who require special care.
Our hygiene team combines almost 30 years of experience in periodontal and dental hygiene care. Armed with a warm smile and a gentle touch, Tena will examine and provide hygiene therapy in order to restore your gums to their optimal health. Tena and April will then educate you on the most recent advances in oral homecare and will teach you how to apply these methods in order maintain your teeth for a lifetime.
We are located on the northwest corner of 10th Street and McDowell across from Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. (Formerly Good Samaritan Medical Center). Our suite is located in the Historic Grunow Memorial Medical Building.
'Dr. Spigner is perhaps one of the most amazing doctors of dentistry in the United States. By far second to none, as I have first hand felt no pain, and by far greatest staff and mannerisms are above par. I personally recommend Dr. Spigner to my best friends and people I come in contact with who need dental assistance, regardless of the situation. I recommend the best. You can take that to the bank! Bottom line, it is worth your time to check out this dental office; a great environment with outstanding results.

If you have dental anxiety, this is a safe office. The staff is kind, warm, and so accommodating. I normally feel really embarrassed of how hard going to the dentist is, and literally every single member of the staff is gracious and kind. Dr Spigner was especially gentle and I never felt rushed or like I was annoying anybody.

First I have to apologize to Dr. Spigner and his staff for not leaving my review before now! They all are amazing! I've had several encounters with Dr Spigner and have never had a bad experience. His way of making you feel comfortable with a drill/needle in your mouth is masterful. Tina his Hygenist is genuine and you can tell she is interested in making sure you are satisfied before leaving her chair. The chatting is a plus as well I've referred several of my coworkers and friends, and all are patients for life! Once you visit this office, you will understand my post. Again, thank you Dr Spigner/staff for your never changing loving spirit during my visits.

I have dental office anxiety but I really have to say how wonderful this practice is...everyone is so kind & understanding. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Spigner & his staff. The hygienist is wonderful as is the front office. Highly recommend

Dr. Spigner has been my dentist since I lost my braces and orthodontist; more than half my life now. I never knew how spoiled I was until looking for pediatric dentistry for my children. His office is always crisp and clean. After surgical procedures he spends his off time checking on his patients comfort levels. Dr. Bruce Spigner, Tina, and his whole team are magicians with healing hands that always go above and beyond to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I wish I could give more stars because they deserve it!!!

Everyone here is amazing. I had got a root canal done here and let me just say they did amazing job and matched the color on point and went smooth I didn't feel anything. Which is something I was scared of but no I didn't have to worry about that.

The best dentist in the country and his team of wonders. He is a hands on dentist, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate about his job. I have been going to dentists for the last 20 years, I had never come across this team of professionals. I have been terrified of dental procedures, but this team makes it possible and easy for anyone to love going to the dentist. I just had my cavities worked , oh my God, what an experience. I've been going to Dr. Spigner for 5 years now, aside from the staff being very friendly an amazing. I like Dr. Spigner because you can tell he really cares about the work he does and especially on how he treats his patients. I'm writing this review now, because this morning he removed 2 of my wisdom teeth. Aside from the terrifying fear I have of dentists and ESPECIALLY the removal of wisdom teeth, I gotta say, this has been the easiest most comfortable experience I've ever had with a dentist. Can't complain one bit about the work Dr. Spigner and his staff did with me. The treated me like they really cared about my wellbeing and made the whole procedure exteemely comfortable!

As a 4+ year patient (known of the practice for 8yrs), I have to give thanks to Dr. Spigner, Tina, Jasmine, and April! They will provide the best dental care you have ever experienced!
