We have been coming to BRSH+FLSS for 13 years and thank both Dr Pokala and Dr Chawla for being such incredible dentists. Both me and my children and have nothing but good things to say about them and their office.

Always so friendly and patient! My daughter was traumatized by a different dentistry and Brsh+Flss helped my daughter feel more confident in coming to the dentist!!!

TL;DR: 10/10 recommend! The best team for my young sons oral health I could ever ask for! I love this dentistry! As a grownup who has a negative connotation of dentists, this team has made me feel safe and secure with bringing my young son. He's been going to this dentist office since he was 2 years old. I don't feel like they're trying to sell me on things my kid doesn't need, they make my son feel very comfortable (putting on a movie, giving him "prizes", etc.) and they put me at ease. I never feel judged if his teeth aren't 100% perfect. I wish my parents would have found this practice when I was young as I believe my oral hygiene would be much better and I wouldn't have this irrational fear of dentists.

I don't normally write reviews and I spent a long time thinking on writing this one. Our last dentist had become Out of Network so we came here for our 6 month routine check up. I brought both my kids for what I was told was the first opening of the day, 9am. To my surprise there was a patient already half way through an exam. With only one dentist our appointment at 9 turned into a 9:40 appointment(there is a reason I like the first appointment... I don't like to wait). The assistants around the room had been very friendly to my kids, the dentist herself not so much. She wasn't rude or mean, she just came off like a dentist I as an adult would go to. During the cleaning both of my kids cried. They have been going to the dentist for years and this was the first time either of them let alone both of them cried. The whole cleaning came off as a very cold experience. I was informed that my son was going to need two cavities filled. This was a shock to me since I had not heard that he needed fillings in the past. After a laundry list of other treatments I was given for him I decided to reach out to our old dentist for a second opinion. He does not have a situation that would warrant the two fillings they suggested. My son did get a treatment of SDF on the one tooth from our second opinion. Now not only did Brsh+Flss want to drill in his teeth to fill 2 cavities but they also wanted to treat him with SDF. Brsh+Flss's treatment plans seem to be a bit over the top for me. We brush twice a day and floss every night and your trying to tell me that his baby teeth need all that work! I can not in good faith recommend this establishment. It has been a while since this visit and writing this review has been gnawing at me. For all those parents who's kids love this place I'm happy for you, but there is no way as a Mama that I would ever put my kids through that again. Dentists shouldn't be feared by kids. My kids love going to our old dentist..... so there is where we go!

Whoever this Rowen character is that you have answering the phones could use a lesson in etiquette. Completely rude and told me you do not communicate via voicemail when I have a voicemail message confirming a prior cancellation. The dentist service is pretty good, but not so good that I won't look for a new one if I have to deal with people like her to make and reschedule appointments.

For the first time since switching dentists, I had a horrible experience with Brsh+Flss. My son had a cleaning appointment yesterday. When he came out of he appointment, he informed me that dental hygienist had asked if he was a smoker because his teeth weren't white. When he said no and she proceeded to ask, "Are you sure? " My son felt awful about this experience and he is already a conscientious young man. This is a pediatric dentistry. If you have questions regarding my child's dental care, you should have asked me, the parent. I don't appreciate the implication that my child is a smoker. Also, I asked for a prescription to his toothpaste. They gave me an expired prescription. Unbeknowst to me, I waited for a very long time at the pharmacy only to find out that it was an expired prescription. The pharmacy tried to call the dental office, but no one answered the phone. I am feeling super frustrated and thinking about switching back to our original dentists.

The staff and doctors are great. However parents are not allowed inside the room and I always feel uneasy about that. It's important for the parents to know what's going on. I don't feel connected and have the full trust with the dentist because he/she is not the one talking to me about the recommended treatment.

BRSH + FLSS is great with my kids and are very good at explaining everything that they are doing or about to do to your child. I felt confident that they have my kids best interest in mind at all times during my appointment.

Everyone in the office is very nice. They did a great job with my son's cleaning and sealants. Informed me of all the procedures that will be done before they start and aftercare. Highly recommend this place.

Very friendly staff. Take the time to explain everything to kids and me. Quick yet not hurried. Office is clean and kid friendly. I always leave feeling as if my kids are getting great care and not at all like they are trying to get money out of us which is a common issue in dentistry.

I was so nervous to take my son to his first dentist appointment. I had no idea what to expect or how he would react to the process. Every single person from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. I really can't recommend this practice enough.

The staff here is amazing. It's a blessing to come across people who are GENUINELY PATIENT, LOVING, AND KIND. At our appointment there were multiple kids in different age groups. I watched the staff members not only work together in harmony but even as individuals they gave excellent service. From the front desk representatives, to the dental assistance , as well as the dentist each person showed us love. Thank you all for a warm welcome. We'll be back.
