Ann is Dr. Brown's primary assistant. She has been with our practice since 2001. Before coming to our office, she was an orthodontic assistant for 12 years. Her responsibilities in addition to assisting Dr. Brown include maintaining inventory, coordinating lab cases, and performing an integral role in case work up and information gathering. Ann also helps manage her husband's business, PMT Machining, Inc.
She and her husband Tom have three children. In her free time Ann enjoy sports, photography, spending time with her family, attending church and many outdoor activities. She is a big fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and PSU wrestling.

Carson and his entire staff make going to the dentist easy! He's extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional. Highly recommend!

Been going here since approximately age 10. Over 20 years of great service, friendly staff, and quality work. I even stayed with this office when I moved to state college and made the drive down for my appointments. I've had to reschedule a few appts in the past but always gave sufficient notice. Can't remember missing any appointments with no notice. Ended up getting two appointment cards this time for conflicting dates. Left a voicemail asking to confirm the correct date. Never got a response. Never got my text confirmation the week of my appt either. (Tech issue with my phone? Maybe. But if so not intentional) I was in Maine for a week with minimal cell service so called when I got back and was told I missed my appt. Staff was full of attitude & being adamant I could not be squeezed in before my insurance changes. They insisted I confirmed my appt by text but I never received that text let alone replied to it. Two days later I get a bill for a missed appt. Like....what? 20 years of being a client, the office gave conflicting dates, and then (for whatever reason) the confirmation text was not received and this lands back on ME??? Super salty to say the least. My new insurance will be out of network causing higher costs for my dental work. I considered staying with this office anyway and eating the cost....but I'm rethinking that now.

I was looking for a new dentist, and Dr. Carson Brown came highly recommended by family members. They were absolutely correct. I couldn't be happier with my new dentist, including his wonderful staff!
