The doctors are great but the staff have worse customer service ever. It's like they could care less about the patient your nothing but a number to them. The service is the worst I've ever seen in a doctor office/specialty when you are dealing with children. Poor care for parent and customer service.

My appointments are always a hit or miss. Some days I get really good service and some days it's a not so welcoming atmosphere. My biggest issue would be with the ladies who answer the phones. Very rude and passive most times. But overall the ladies and doctor know their work and they definitely get the job done.

The staff Is incredibly polite and made me feel like my needs and concerns matter. This staff listens and takes time to make sure the.patient leaves with a smile.

Are you kidding me. Their phone rings and rings. No voicemail. When they do answer they will put you on hold and never come back. They will hang up on you. They have no emergency line. When your child finally goes in the tech gets on to child and tells them there is nothing they can do because they didn't cone in for broken bracket The doctor does not have a plan for patients teeth nor is he interested in progress or a consultation. They expect on time payment nothing in return

I've had my fair share of dealing with ortho offices. I was in braces as an adult. My oldest son has been in and out of braces and now it is time for my oldest daughter to go in them. When we got to the office they took her straight back. Then brought her back a few minutes later i kept my eye on her while doing paperwork and it looked like an assistant was using a device to take images of her teeth. They brought her back out to me and told me I'd get a call. Which was strange to me. No dr to talk to me about what he had planned or what he seen etc. What the treatment plan would be. Nada. Never even seen the dr. I called up here twice because I hadn't heard anything and it had been a few weeks the 1st time I called I got that I would get a call back and nothing. The 2nd call they told me my insurance denied and they would resubmit. Ok. Resubmit to insurance and you never even told me the treatment plan or talk to a dr. Worried about only money I see. However I did not get another call and did not care to do business with them at this point. Never got another call or anything however I did get an email from them for around 5k they would do my daughters braces with papers to sign and bank account info to give.... so im just supposed to give you 5k and not have a dr tell me a word of how he plans to treat my daughter. Never have I ever been to an orthodontist that does business this way and I have been to many! Will not do business here will not spend my money here and would not recommend! Now on to find my daughter an ortho that has time to see my daughter and actually do a consultation.

They work very hard with my insurance and made it happen for my kiddos. Super nice staff and willing to help in any way. I thank them so much

I'm not the patient but my son is.I pay automatically monthly payments on his braces and sometimes he does not get to be seen each month.This is the most unprofessional rudest staff that I have encountered.I think they discriminate and are racist towards other ethnic people.If I had not already spent so much money with them and only have a couple of months left until his braces comes off I would leave them so fast.

Always a great experience! Dr. Brown is always open to hear my concerns and answer all my questions, I'm very happy with my progress thus far! BTW...Ashley is the BEST Assistant ever!
