Brown Family Orthodontics always provides a smooth and easy experience. They do a great job with scheduling so there's barely any wait time. Everyone there has always been extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend them!

Everyone from the doctors to the staff are amazing. My son is always in and out fairly quickly but not because they rush. They operate well! They explain what they are doing, why and how the progress is coming along. My son has broken his braces numerous times and they always work us in quickly to fix them. Everyone is always friendly and polite. I can NOT recommend this office enough. We love them! You will too!

This was my daughter's first visit, she is seven. Right from entering the office the staff was nice and accommodating. Once she was called back nothing but putting her at easy and talking to her. Once Dr. Brown came in it just continued. KUDOS TO EVERYONE! We could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks so very much. We have been back again, as of this morning, and I am still so HAPPY with this provider and his office staff. They are SO AMAZING! We are so glad we were referred to Dr. Brown.

This team is so efficient and kind! They truly welcome you in like family and never forget your face. The second I walk in the door, they've got my checked in. If I have to wait even a few minutes for the doctor, they are apologetic and ensure I don't need anything from them while I wait. I have been on invisalign with Dr. Brown since October 2021. My main concern since beginning was that my front two bottom teeth were overlapping. Once I finished my 12 week invisalign, my two bottom teeth still slightly overlapped. Dr. Brown was quick to try the next resort for those stubborn teeth, at no extra charge to the flat rate I was quoted at from the beginning. I will never see any other orthodontist!

I highly recommend Dr. Ed and his team! They are so funny, but still professional! I enjoyed my braces journey with them and am very satisfied with my results! Great work!

I have two children currently seeing Dr. Brown at the Ocean Springs location for their braces. The staff was great walking me through the process of getting their insurance approved and then getting them scheduled. The staff has been very accomodating for any braces emergencies and has always gotten them in quickly. For the most part appointments go smoothly and we're in and out pretty quickly. However, and this is why I can't give 5 stars, they do not enforce their own mask policy that is posted on the door. I don't care to debate public mask wearing opinions, this is a medical office where patients go to receive medical care. The majority of patients in the waiting are teenagers who lack spacial awareness and social cues and fill up the waiting room well after their appointment is over talking with their friends. Today, during my child's appointment there were at one point 13 unmasked people in their small waiting room. There is no care or regard for taken to protect any of their patients who might have underlying medical conditions that put them at a higher risk for covid. When I spoke to the staff I was pretty much informed that they did not enforce the policy. I would just like to see more precautions taken considering this is a medical office.

The people that work there is very friendly but one thing I do not like about that place is when I called no one answer. It happens all the time. It make me angry. I have to drive to the office because I couldn't call them.
