Brown Family Orthodontics should be avoided. We enjoyed our time there at first. Our orthodontist then left for some reason, and we ended up with the original Dr. Brown. He hid a terrible job and caused issues twice for my son where brackets broke off. One time he even accidentally swallowed it. We had never had any issues before this. My son kept telling Dr. Brown that he had not put the brackets on correctly, but he ignored him, which led to us having to deal with the broken brackets. My son told us he hated going to the new orthodontist and that he wanted to find a different orthodontist. At this point, we decided to transfer services to a different orthodontist. As a final example of sterling customer service, they decided to not refund us the correct amount of money because he was a few months over their original treatment timeline. Maybe if they didn't lose orthodontists and have substandard replacements, we would have been on schedule. So, overall, if you want to have money stolen from you and get broken brackets, then please go to Brown Orthodontics.

Brown Family Orthodontics......I cannot say enough about them!! All of my children got their braces from Brown Family Orthodontics and it was a fantastic experience. The entire team is professional, compassionate, accommodating and most importantly- fun! There was no fear here. My kids could not wait until their appointments...they would actually count down the days so they can get their rewards. I have referred numerous family and friends to this practice. If you are considering Brown Family Orthodotics for you or your children go ahead you will have a great experience and the most beautiful smile!

My daughter now is the owner of a beautiful smile thanks to BFO! She just got her braces off this month. Our experience was total pleasure ! From the front desk to every person we came in contact with, everyone was top notch and polite and greeted with smiles EVERY time we were there! Love them all!

Love Brown Family Orthodontics! The practice was recommended by a friend and I've been so glad with my decision! The staff is professional, nice, and always helpful. Love Dr. Mac! Would definitely recommend the practice to others!

Dr. Mac and Dr. Jess are amazing! I had a horrible underbite and I didnt like smiling on pictures now I cant help but smile all the time to show it off! I am always busy and Ms. Cindy is great at accomodating you with your schedule.

This place is AWESOME! Staff is friendly and very welcoming. They are making my daughters smile perfect! IF your children need braces this is the place to go!

This has been my family orthodontists for over 10 years. all my children have been seeing Dr.Macaluso. He is very children friendly, continuously updates parents on plan of care and has made my little gals smile worth a while. I will forever refer anyone to this office. Great job Doc

Great office! They actually make it fun to go to your appointment! The staff and orthodontists are always super friendly and efficient. They keep the patients comfortable and calm during the appointment, and they always make sure everything is right before and after the appointment. If something's wrong and you don't have an appointment, they always make sure to squeeze you in at one of their many locations. I've been to the Uptown and Metairie offices, and both are amazing! Love Brown Family Ortho!!!

Professional staff and friendly faces every time I go in for a visit. Dr Mac is patient, goes over my treatment plan at every visit, and he's always willing to answer my questions

The entire staff is very welcoming and helpful. My son is almost finished with treatment and my daughter will be starting soon. We were referred by a family friend and they have not let me down. Will continue to refer. Thank you for being a place my children feel comfortable.

I own a local daycare, and my son Caden is a current patient at Brown Family Orthodontics. I cannot say enough good things about BFO. This is my fourth child to get braces there, and I would not even think about going anywhere else. Everyone's teeth came out perfectly straight and beautiful-and it's worth every penny! Even though Dr. Macaluso is our primary, we have seen all the orthodontist there over the years, and we love each of them. The technicians are always smiling and friendly, and they always make you feel so welcome. Overall, an A+ experience. I can't wait to see what Caden's new smile will look like!
