I received a great cleaning from Chelsea & a thorough examination from Spencer Brown, DDS. The office staff was very professional and helpful and followed all the Covid safety guidelines.

It's the morning after I had 5 extractions and received a full set of upper dentures. I have no pain at all. I'm not swollen/sore. I actually feel great! Before bed I took 2 Advil. (Just in case) 2 of the extractions were really tough to pull. (Long roots). Throughout the process Dr. Spencer Brown continuously asked how I was doing and are you okay? (it's the little things). I've had awful experiences with other dentist which resulted in waiting so long for me to complete this process. This was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. The staff is AMAZING!! The Dental Assistant was an absolute joy!! She made me sooo comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I have to go back to have another procedure and because of this wonderful experience...I HAVE NO FEAR!! ##prettysmile!! ##perfectteeth!!

Always friendly and helpful. I have had two crowns while a patient and both times I was impressed by how much of an artist Dr. Brown is and how careful he was to make sure everything was just right.

Dr. Spencer Brown and his staff are always prompt and professional. On this particular day they went above and beyond the norm. I contacted Dr Brown's emergency number before office hours. I didn't have an appointment but woke up with a bad sore spot on my tongue. Since I was leaving town at 9:00 am for a weekend trip I wanted to get this sore diagnosed and treated before I began my trip. Dr Brown said he would meet me at his office at 9:00. We met there and he did a very thorough exam and diagnosis. He indicated that I could safely travel without the need for antibiotics, but said I should call him if it worsened, which he didn't anticipate. I left for my trip just a little late and was pleased that the condition did improve as he indicated it would. I was grateful that the Dr was willing to meet me early and without an appointment. I was very pleased with his thoroughness, empathy and treatment.

Very well maintained facility meeting COVID requirements. felt quiet comfortable through the service. Dr. Brown seems to enjoy what he is doing. It was evident when he was attended me humming a tune. He and his crew makes sure I am comfortable through out the procedure.
