Horrible experience. Super vulgar tv show playing in the lobby and this is supposedly a pediatric dentist. Had an appointment at 12:30 wasn't seen until after 3:30. One of the patients and the girl at the front desk were arguing back and forth, the girl at the front desk had SUPER nasty attitude. Very unprofessional business will not be returning.

First time it was bad. I must admit but once you tell them, address the issues and they fix it. One thing I have learned is everyone personality isn't going to correspond with each other but I can say dr Kelly and her assistant is great. Now don't get me wrong I was rubbed the wrong way but once I got my issues resolved and spoke with management it made the experience a lot more pleasant. Remember everyone deserves a chance and I gave them a second chance and they fixed it. So thank you all.

Absolutely phenomenal job done by the Doctors and staff here!!! Me and my entire family are recurring patients we absolutely love it here there is definitely room for improvement however they made sure that my family and I were well taken care of once we made it in the back. They explained my treatment plan in the best way for me to understand and also gave me a breakdown of what my insurance covers and I was able to take care of my beautiful smile THANK YOU BROWARD MALL DENTAL <3

Seem to have new staff from the last time I was here and the wait time was about 30 minutes but I came in for pain and got same day treatment definitely will be back thumbs up guys

Horrible service. Staff is not competent. Trying to get insurance approval is almost impossible. They tried to charge me for things my insurance company said were covered and approved. After five months trying to get some dentures, I walked out and asked my insurance company to cancel their authorization and not pay them. They agreed.

Brought my kids here past 3 years they love it here the staff are kid friendly and patient with the babies Dr.Sirage is awesome highly recommend for children

Be aware of what your Insurance covers. This office was trying to charged me for an extraction that my insurance Covers 100% and besides that they put on the bill some medication that I didn't even need, they do funny business.

This is the most unprofessional place I ever have visited. The receptionists acting like a bunch of children with no skills to run a Dentist office. Unfortunately I have to finish the dental work here because of the Insurance. My Vet provides better service than this one.

If you want to spend on average of 3 hours because they chose to book 50 people for one time slot then go there. I will NEVER be back. You're gonna need to request a whole day off for the trash. On top of that their staff walk in late like it's nothing.

Do yourself a favor and do not ever go to this office.I had an appointment a few weeks ago, I went in, waited for about two hours, my name was not called and obviously no one at the front desk seemed to care. They were all rude and very unprofessional. One employee was just sitting behind her desk slurping on her drink ignoring the patients and their concerns. I left without seeing the dentist, I cancelled my appointment. Today, I went back because I rescheduled. Well...I am not surprised because the same happened. I walked out and vowed never to set foot in that place again. It's sad but the complete front office staff needs to be replaced. Obviously they are not there to help anyone. Rude! Unprofessional! Is an understatement. They do not care about the customers/patients. They do not care if you have been sitting and waiting for more than two hours. They do not care if you cancel your appointment. They do not care how they answer the phone...( it's always "please hold") This place does not even deserve one star. -CM

They front desk staff is very unorganized, and some are lazy! Claimed they was unable to verify the insurance on 3 different occasions and only for me to call and give them everything they needed over the phone, just for me to drive to the office and get told they're not able to verify my son's insurance. Gave the info again and miraculously they were able to verify it. The only good thing about this place is the Dentist is great with kids!!!

Don't waste your time making an appointment with this office. They'll have you waiting for approximately 2 to 3 hours for a 9am appointment. The incompetent Officer Manager Katherine has no empathy for the elderly. I made my appointment at 9am...to be told by her that it was booked for 12pm. Complete idiots. I should have avoided this hole in the wall when I seen the 2.2 review. I filed a complaint with my father's insurance and now he has a great dentist, with competent staff!

Absolutely horrific wait time . I tried to come in with a positive attitude and not listen to the bad reviews but every single one is right. The wait time was almost two hours , and the office seemed very disorganized. I left early and cancelled my appointment. Disgusting dental office. Nobody wants to wait 2 hours for a dental appointment early in the morning

Terrible service, I've been coming to Broward mall dental since I was in high school and boy has it changed. The receptionist doesn't like to clarify information. I was surprised of the unprofessionalism when the receptionist argued with me back and forth about whether I spoke with her or not about my a bill. This office charged the insurance for something I didn't get with them. Everyone you speak to is the office manager. I'm defiantly going else where. It's very disheartening but you can tell from the type of customer service their giving out this dental office doesn't need any patients.
