Do not come here this place is a scam i went in with my cousin so she could get a basic cleaning and she was charged for irrigation and flouride but insurance doesn't pay for that also charged her for an exam and xray but we were told she only had a basic cleaning which her insurance pays for and was told they currently didnt have flouride the day we came in for her cleaning please do not come here they charge you for unnecessary procedures while billing insurance companies things you havent done nor agreed too that is insurance fraud

The absolute best! The best service, best office just all around the best. I've been a patient with Broward dental for years and I've never had a disappointing visit.

Office is super sweet, however I can't help to feel like I got finessed. I have insurance that covers filings it can range $8-no more than $50 ( per ins rep) why pick the procedure code that's non covered when fillings are in my plan and charge me $155 per tooth. I get you're not obligated to use those cpt codes and you get paid regardless due to contract with my insurance, however it was 4 cavities,nothing invasive or difficult, don't be that money hungry to take advantage of people. Went there once and switched Dr's as soon as I was told it would be $620.00 for 4 cavities. I wanted to like this office.

Very honest and my best dental experience I've ever had. DR. Reid fixed all my problems and very informative. My dental hygienist also did an amazing job. I would recommend to anyone!

Dentist office will perform unnecessary treatments to over charge you. This Dentist Office is a fraud. my son came in because one tooth was bothering him.he went there they said he needed to remove 7 teeth total and filling. they then never submitted a claim report to Humana Dental, the dentist office approved my son for a Care Credit with Synchrony Bank and charged that day $3,200.00 for total service. my son went that morning, they told him to come back that afternoon to get extraction started. Long story short, he never got all 7 teeth pulled , nor fillings done, but was charged. he was fooled into monthly payment of 300.00 dollars. this place will cheap you out your money.

My experience was horrible. I have never had such an experience. I have worn partials for over 20 years. I visted Broward Dental to get a new partial both upper and lower. My husband came with me to pick them up. The first problem i had was the man who fitted the partial put his hand in my mouth without wearing a glove. My husband got furious and said he is not qualified to put his hand in my mouth. I complained and everything went downhill. NO APOLOGIES FROM THE DENTIST. SHE OWNS THE PRACTICE SO SHE CAN DO WHAT SHE WANTS. NO ONE IS ABOVE HER. THAT'S WHAT I WAS TOLD THERE. My partials had to be made again because the teeth was too small and did not look natural. More like some small baby teeth and i told them too it was not fitted right and some black nasty stuff was growing on the upper partial. When i picked up the new upper partial the silver hook that helps to keep the partial in was sharp and sticking my tongue. The material is of poor quality. Plus i paid from my care card $3000.00. I finally got the partial and i decided to get a cleaning and be done with them. I would have time to find another dentist . I should have ran. During my cleaning the hygienist hand slipped and i smelt a horrible burning odor. She didn't say anything so i didn't. If there was an injury i thought she would take responsibility and make the corrections. About a week or two after my visit my tooth that the hook from from my partial fits broke off. Omg. I went back to there today 6/29/2017. I waited over an hour to be seen and the dentist came in with an attitude and very unprofessional. When i told her that my experience was not a good one and my tooth broke and i was not having a problem with it. i'm disappointed with the material used to build the partial because its of poor quality. She said," Are you saying the material that made yours is different from the other patients"? I'm talking about myself not other people. I don't care what other people want to accept in there mouth. I had to walk out because there is no way i could allow someone with that attitude go back in my mouth. You can take the pig out of the sty but you cannot take the sty out of the pig. Some times we get hurt and disappointed because we want to support our own people but be very careful. This is the most unprofessional dentist i have ever experienced.
