Dr. Brosi is an excellent dentist. up to date with the new digital xray technology, in house work done of fine quality. Very gentile, no pain, great staff. Keeps the staff for years, not weeks! usc grad dentist. I would give Dr. Brosi 6 stars if I could. And he will save you money in the long run. Good Advice. Listen to him and his staff. They are on your side with good advice.

Dr. Brosi is a fine dentist. I have been going to him for several years. The new staff, however, makes to many errors. I went in for a consultation and they had the wrong X-rays up. If I had not turned around and looked at them, recognizing they were not mine it could have gone badly. I had to reschedule for a second consultation and was charged $160 for 2 consultations. The bill was mailed to the wrong address so it was considered late. I paid a finance fee for the payment being over 30 days. In the end, the staffs' error cost me an extra $80.

Dr. Brosi is a decent dentist but I've had nothing but issues since the new staff was implemented. I and my husband missed a couple of appointments(due to my miscarriage and moving homes and the general hectic schedule that is life) after they started charging some ridiculous $100 fee per missed appointment. My hygienist sent a passive aggressive text message alluding to the fact she would be dropping me as a patient if I missed another appointment, again, sorry my miscarriage happened, pretty much beyond my control. Brosi did some work on a tooth that lasted a few months and fell out about a month and a half ago. We have been trying to get in touch with him ever since as it was our understanding that emergency dental work would be acceptable still. While we haven't heard back from anyone after numerous calls and voicemails we've seen him in the office at least 3 times over the last weeks. I was also told he couldn't work on my front tooth because it's too weak, and was sent to his buddy in Fresno who wanted 7k for braces. When I asked why I couldn't have Invisalign I was told it was because the tooth was too weak. If that's the case I don't see why they wouldn't just put an implant instead. Overall I'm very disappointed in Brosi's office. I will be looking for a new dentist today, while the tooth that the filling fell out of throbs with pain.
