The orthodontist and the Dental office both are the most professional and pleasant dental office I have even been to. They really get to know your children. It makes the whole experience comfortable for everyone.

The staff are always accommodating and welcoming on the pediatric side. On the orthodontist side the staff are generally welcoming however sometimes I've found an occasional staff at the window who just wants you to hurry and get out of their presence but I guess we all have our moments. Never the less... they are all great. I feel secure that when my child goes back for her/his appointment, they are in good hands.

The orthodontist's office is very pushy and they like to nickel and dime you. Please retrain them on customer service and get rid of the policy of charging $1 per mask. That is ridiculous and very, very greedy. I am already paying you $$$$$ for braces so why are you so desperate for another buck? I know of no one else who is charging! My other son will get his braces elsewhere if your service doesn't improve. Treat people nicely!

Neither of my children liked it here, they both complained that the staff was mean and the cleanings were painful. I also had a horrible experience with my daughter here , she had a couple of cavities and when I brought her to have them filled they were impatient and also a little mean to a very scared 6 year old. If you have children that are a little scared or nervous about the dentist I would suggest you look elsewhere!!!! We have switched to a different practice and they are amazing!!!!

Wouldn't recommend........ they try to double bill you. They billed the insurance company and tried to get me to pay the bill as well. I told them that was illegal to do. Just know I had to pull my kids. If people don't know how the billing work. They will definitely get over on you. Beware

My daughter is non-verbal Autistic and gets very upset when she has to go to the dentist. The staff, dental assistants and dentists here are absolutely AMAZING!! They handle my daughter with such care and patience. They're very kind and understanding. Dr. Moscow sees my daughter and my older son. We love him! He's the best!! Highly recommend this place for children both with and without special needs.

Dentist are Great. Front desk is a joke smh $5000 you spend for braces but when your human and forgot your mask it's like the end of the dam world for them to loan you a mask smh unbelievable huffing and puffing and the whole 9 yards ...... told twice we would not be seen and your child will be rescheduled lol for forgetting your mask lol hilarious. Frustrating but sometimes you have to be the bigger person so next visit I will buy masks for the patients in waiting room since they must be low on funds.

My son has used this dental practice for many years! We love the staff and now that he is 19 we will miss them very much!!

So far I have only been here two times for my 21 month old. I really like how our dentist was attentive, reassuring and patient with my baby boy. I love how she gave me direct eye contact while answering my questions. I'm a first time mom...I really don't know a lot, so I just learn from asking questions. She didn't make me feel shy, timid etc or made me feel like any of my questions were stupid...so thank you so much for that. She gave me clear advice on how to make sure I care for my baby boy's teeth properly. Todays visit was great all around. I hope I can continue to have good experiences here in the future. Thank you all, so far everyone I have met at this dental office seems so nice

Dr and hygienist awesome! BUT front desk which is based on hospitality has NONE they act like you owe them!!! When I have to pay out of pocket $4000.00. I guess I do..ha.they do not have educational friendly hours ...so your children will miss school to accommodate their schedule.

Have been taking my son here for almost 2 years. This includes 3 cleanings, and a filling and a crown. He has never complained of pain or a bad experience.

Have been here several times in the past year and a half, all during covid times, both urgent visits and regular cleanings. Everyone seems very friendly and helpful. My son is 4 now and always looks forward to visiting the dentist.

Do not expect contentious and attentive service from this practice. We travelled an from 45 minutes away to be told they could not offer the service we made an appointment for because it was lunch hour. Then after they used our insurance to take X-Rays and pay themselves and made me sign to releases they refused to send the alternative dentist who could perform the cavity fillings the X-rays!! Meanwhile my poor 11 year olds were waiting hours to hear back from these non caring, totally inadequate so-called professionals. So beware not expect much.

Our three kids go here. It's been 9 years now! Staff is always extremely efficient, professional, and friendly. They're able to accommodate my three children for their cleanings at the same time, and have done their best to decrease their anxiety about their dental appointments. Thank you for all that you do.
