Dr. Sisk graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, the first dental school in the world. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1983. His Bachelor of Science degree in Biology was granted by the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, he raised his family in South Jersey before relocating to Central Pennsylvania in 2006.

Dr. Sisk has attended over 2000 hours of continuing education in order to maintain a knowledge of the most recent techniques, technology, and materials. His treatment includes family and cosmetic dentistry, implant and prosthetics, clear aligner and straight wire orthodontics, endodontic therapy, and dentalsleep medicine.
Dr. Richard graduated from the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine one of the most selective schools for dentistry in the United States. Harrisburg has been his home for most of his life, but he has also studied and worked in New York City, Pennsylvania and completed his residency at Wellspan York Hospital. Dr. Richard is an active member of thePennsylvania Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Dena graduated from Pennsylvania College of Technology with a degree in Dental Hygiene. After completing that program, she continued on to obtain her Bachelors in Health Administration. She then returned, once again, to Penn College and was part of their first class of hygienists to receive their license in local anesthesia.
As Hygiene Team Leader, she strives to help all staff members achieve the highest level of quality dental care as well as overall health. She also serves as a Treatment Advocate in our practice. She educates and helps people understand the need for dental treatment and the consequences of not following through, as well as the benefits.
Anna is our NINJA Dental Assistant, which stands for No, Im Not Just and Assistant its a movement and passion shared by dental assistants to do more in the dental profession enhancing the team and the patients experience.
I love being a multidisciplinary employee in the dental office from greeting and seating to images and photos, soon to be scanning. Learning how to improve patient care everyday is exciting to me. I love to make temporary crowns and forever smiles.
As the Administrative Team Leader and Office Manager, she oversees the staff training in patient scheduling, billing and insurance as well as operational and IT support services. Jenn is proud to announce that she is now a member of theAmerican Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM).

I came here for a regular cleaning last year. It was the most unorganized, odd experience I've had at a dental office. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

The hygenist is excelent! She is very gentle but thorough with cleaning. She is very knowledgable and answered all of my questions and concerns. I felt very relaxed despite being at the dentist. If you are typically anxious and stressed to see a dentist this may be a good place to try.

When my dentist of 35 yrs. retired in 2019 I began using Brookwood dental. On July 10 of that year Dr. Sisk extracted a tooth & during the procedure he yelled several times at the young gal who was assisting. He also said in front of staff & another patient that " I had the worst teeth he had seen in all his years of practicing dentistry." On Dec.14, 2021 I went in for tooth pain & Xrays to have crowns installed. The appointment for the crowns was scheduled for 1 pm. on Dec.20. They called at 12:30 & cancelled rescheduling it for Dec. 22. On that day I was left sitting in the chair for 45 minutes until Dr. Sisk came in & informed me he wouldn't be doing the crowns & I needed to go to a periodontist to confirm there was enough bone there to support the teeth getting the crowns. The plan was to use my insurance to my advantage maxxing out coverage for 2021 & 2022.That won't happen now. When I asked for a refund of the $975 I had paid for the crowns on Dec. 14 they didn't want to refund it. They left me standing at the counter for 15 minutes before finally refunding only part of what I had paid. This practice is TOTALLY unprofessional & I won't be going back.

I'm extremely anxious when it comes to going to the dentist, however, all the staff made me feel very comfortable. Dena was my hygentist who did my gum therapy procedure and cleaning and she was amazing. She was very gentle, thorough and explained step by step what she was doing. I was very pleased!!! Thank you Dena!!

Given the rating based off my experience. One visit, was told I needed a few fillings and to replace some filling that fell out. I'm retired vet so going through the VA. For months I have called trying to get an appt. Was told that they only do VA patients together so they would call back. This has been 8 months now. Having lots of sensitivity in my teeth now. Their response. We can see you in a month and after that we will try and find a date to see about fixing your pain. (words from the receptionist on the phone) I paid out of pocket to go elsewhere last week
