Dr. Adil Salik is an associate dentist at Brookwood Dental Associates and joined the esteemed practice full-time. He received his original professional education in Pakistan and received his DMD at the Ivy League University of Pennsylvania, School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Salik is a skillful and proficient practitioner and regards his comprehensive and methodical approach to restorative and cosmetic dentistry as his forte. His passion for dentistry, medicine, and the approach to the general wellbeing of the patient comes inherently from his father and sister, who are both highly proficient and respected medical doctors.
Dr. Salik received the PASS International Dentist 2015 Award from the University of Pennsylvania. He has several years of clinical and teaching experience. His experience infuses the practice with cutting-edge dentistry and a systematic approach towards dental and general health. Dr. Salik has been practicing all aspects of restorative dentistry for the last three years in Center City, Philadelphia. Dr. Salik is trained in CBCT technology, implant dentistry, and Invisalign amongst various aspects of esthetic and restorative dentistry.
Dr. Adil Salik is also an avid musician and is a singer-songwriter for the past two decades. He often performs and records with his band Dye Corduroy. Dr. Salik cites music, guitars, and performing as cornerstones of his ingenuity and skill set which has always served to compliment his dental expertise. He is a proud father of his first-born daughter and resides in Jenkintown, PA with his wife who is also a dentist.
Dr. John Hornick is a relatively new addition to our practice. However, he has been a Lansdale, PA dentist for many years. He first attended the University of South Carolina before pursuing his Doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Then he completed a General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia and interned at several other hospitals. During his residency, he gained comprehensive experience with implant dentistry. He is also a certified provider of Invisalign and nitrous oxide. He enjoys working at a larger practice with such a great team!
Originally from Columbia, SC, Dr. Hornick grew up working on a farm. Today, he is married to Dr. Tarshis and they have three children together named MiKayla, Jackson, and Kaden. His hobbies outside of dentistry include movies, sports, and playing with his children.
Dr. Marc Segal earned his degree at the Temple University, Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry. Since graduating, he has provided all aspects of family dental care, with a specialized focus on improving the quality of life for his patients. Dr. Segal is a general dentist, but throughout his career, he has become an expert in treating patients with TMD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction). He offers comprehensive treatment for TMJ dysfunction, supported by the latest diagnostic technology.
Dr. Segal is also highly experienced at treating patients who suffer from Sleep Disordered Breathing, including Sleep Apnea and snoring. He enjoys helping patients with these conditions return to a state of health and comfort. Dr. Segal is a firm believer in personal growth and is a lifelong learner who enjoys staying up to date with the latest technologies and dental techniques.

Dr A and Diane make a great team. Very friendly, thorough and fun. They made my visit very comfortable. Diane offered me a pillow and blanket. I was surprisingly relaxed.

Dr. Michelle is such a joy. She sees my whole family, remembers what we talk about at appointments and she's downright hilarious. She has such a good rapport with her employees and I always feel that she's giving the best and most honest care. All dental hygienists I've had here (especially Tara) are so welcoming and friendly. 11/10 would HIGHLY recommend.

My first experience with Brookside Dental was exceptional! I first met DeeDee (Denise) she was very personable as well as kind. I appreciated the fact that she explained the process of my visit in detail, she made me feel comfortable immediately. Definitely an asset to the practice and definitely the main reason I will continue my dental care at Brookside. I also met Dr Salik-who was also very personable and kind, I appreciated that he complimented DeeDee in the way that he agreed with her initial evaluation of my dental needs. He went the extra mile to temporarily ensure my dental comfort by filling one of my "eye" teeth so I will not experience discomfort while I await my root canal. I've already convinced a co-worker to call Brookside for an appointment. I also want to give a shout out to Kim-(I hope I remembered her name correctly) she called me as she promised to schedule my future appointments. She was kind and patient, she warmed my heart with her demeanor. Thank you for providing me with dental hope today Brookside Dental "Rocks"!!

I had the BEST hygienist visit EVER! I usually dread my cleanings but, DeeDee made it almost pain free! She said she has been a hygienist for about 30 YEARS AND THAT IS EVIDENT IN HER SKILLS!

Great Hygienists and Dentists. Vicky, my hygienist, saw my face was swollen and I told her of my ear issues. I went to the ER and an infection spread to that part of my face and was treated with IV antibiotics. Thanks Brookwood dental for looking out for me.

Been a customer for many years - very happy with the quality of basic care. In the past couple years they've turned conversations with hygenists into a sales script that leads to a dozen or so different products/procedures. I find that every time I go they have a new thing for me to buy, and often leave not understanding the medical purpose.
