If I could give zero stars I would. I waited for a while to be seen. I finally go to the exam room and the dentist looks at my teeth for 2 minutes with NO X-rays then leaves. It was a Friday and she and her staff were in a rush to get out. They only did half of my X-rays and gave me no input. A dental assistant never came in to go over my treatment plan or anything. I was told they would contact my insurance to see if they would cover deep cleaning and a crown. I need waaay more work than that. Then they told me to come back in 5 weeks but to call first to see if my insurance covers the crown and deep cleaning. First, I know for a fact my insurance does and if they didn't - I wouldn't mind paying. Since when does it take five weeks to get authorization?!?! This place treats their patients like cattle. They rush you in and out, rudely. If you have denti-cal for insurance they will book you as far out as possible and treat you like your the bottom of the barrel. Your better off going to western dental on March Lane, Stockton -at least you'll get your dental work completed, X-rays and a treatment plan. Don't waste your time here.

My children and I just had our first appointments. They have an inviting lobby and clean exam rooms. I like the computerized xrays. Overall a pleasurable experience.

This is the best dentist office ever! They were kind, and patient. I watched them help a lady who had trouble walking. I give them 10 stars

Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your dental needs. It has cost me thousands of dollars I don't have to repair the mistakes made at this office.

Terrible service after my grandson's appointment had been changed and rescheduled numerous times we finally had one to finish the treatment they began. Now I am not sure of as they gave a 6 year old a root canal! He was supposed to have the tooth we went the first time for ( 3months ago) extracted yesterday and a spacer put in, we arrived on time 15 minutes until 2 our appointment was for 2 we sat in the office for 25 minutes before the receptionist returned late from lunch the office was full by then at 2:38 they sat him in the back at 3 I asked what was the delay the dental assistant said I don't know what's going on I'll check. She came back and said you may want to reschedule this appointment as it was now 3 PM on Friday and the demist leaves at 3 PM which I had found out was the reason the last 2 appointments were rescheduled.! He still has the same bad tooth I feel like I've put hum through a lot more than needed dragging. Brookside Smiles should be ashamed of themselves how they run this practice is terrible very unprofessional they certainly do not care for the well being of the patient. Leaving at 3 PM is much more important to the demist than her patients!

Everyone was courteous, attentive, and kind. I was shown my xrays and the reasons for the treatment program they were proposing. I made an appointment to come back on the way out. I was very impressed and highly recommend

Friendly staff and good service during my last 3 years of getting check ups with family.No complaints about office at all. Geziel at front desk is so kind and professional. She always get my family in for our cleanings and check ups.Areas are clean and recleaned prior to being seen.Saturday appointments are available once a month..Staff checks temp at time of entrance and you are asked the Covid questions to proceed /prior to treatment. My dual insurance are accepted at location and they take HSA payments. I would recommend to coworkers for any dental service.

Very good . Dr was super nice and professional made sure i was not in any pain and pushed for a cleaning. Im happy i chose this place i do have a appointment coming up with cavities so ill review again based off that . So far great experience great dr and staff .
