Dr. Parker has been practicing orthodontics is Stockton for over 24 years. He completed his undergraduate degree at UC San Diego, dental degree at UC San Francisco and his masters in orthodontics at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Parker is married to Susie, a nurse, and together they have 5 adult children. Dr. Parker enjoys fly fishing and golf. He is driven to provide the best care for each patient after careful consideration of their goals.
Denise has been an orthodontic assistant for 15 years and has been working in dentistry for 30 years. She is married with one grown daughter. She and her husband, Matthew, enjoy camping, fishing and gardening. She also has three other 'babies', her dogs that she dotes on.
Jeannie has over 35 years of experience working in the dental field including general dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics. She enjoys meeting new patients and their families and helping them begin their journey to a beautiful smile. In her spare time, her and her husband, Russ, love to travel, spend time with their children and grandchildren, and catch an Oakland As game when possible.
Danel has been in orthodontics for over 20 years. She has two teenage sons and two french bulldogs. She enjoys paddle boarding and going to baseball games, her favorite team is the San Francisco Giants. She loves creating beautiful smiles and values the confidence that orthodontics gives to our patients.

Clear braces are nearly invisible, making them ideal for busy professionals, teens, and adults that do not want this process to negatively impact their current appearance.
There are several types of clear braces to choose from. One operates similarly to traditional metal braces where a bracket is placed onto each tooth, and a wire is threaded between them. The difference is that instead of being made out of metal, the brackets are made out of tooth-colored resin that blends in with the natural tooth. Since the wire is tooth-colored, the braces themselves are virtually invisible and difficult to see. This solution works well for adults who are able to keep their braces clean. Otherwise, the brackets can become stained. The solution is an excellent alternative to traditional braces and is just as effective at addressing all orthodontic concerns.

However, since a childs jaw is not done growing, we typically need to use metal braces for the child. The main difference between clear aligners for teens and adults is that teens may need to use their aligners for a longer period of time. With such a busy schedule, we expect teens to remove their aligners more frequently to do things like play sports.
