I started experiencing abscess tooth pain on a Saturday afternoon. I called the emergency line and Dr. Arredondo immediately called me back and set me up to come in the next Monday. My experience in the office was excellent. Dr. Arredondo and his staff were extremely comforting and helpful, especially during such a painful experience. The procedure went quickly and I felt so much better than when I arrived with pain. I want to thank Dr. Arredondo for taking care of me, and I highly recommend Brookside Oral Surgery to all patients.

I had Dr.Antonio and he was great! I was so nervous to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled I cancelled my appointment 3 times! Finally I went through with it. Dr.Antonio and his staff were really nice and answered all of my questions! I would definitely recommend coming here.

I informed receptionist that I suffer with PTSD caused memory lapses, and requested they call me the morning of the appointments. The receptionist replied, "We're both adults. You should be able to remember to keep your own appointments!" No apology ever given by staffer. Dr brushed it off.

They did a wonderful job with my bottom wisdom teeth removal and I am pretty sure they will do great with my top but every time I call I get rude customer service by the ladies up front. Super pushy and just really irritable that I called. Never a nice phone call when I call this office but wonderful surgeries.

My daughter had her wisdom tooth extracted this morning here and I am extremely happy with the professionalism and friendliness of the Dr. Arredondo and his staff. My daughter was so nervous about the IV insertion that she couldn't stop shaking. After Dr. Arredondo inserted the IV my daughter didn't even realize it was in. And the staff was great, very informative, helped walk my daughter out...oh, did I mention that they were friendly? I am very satisfied with the care my daughter received today.

This place is a complete robbery, made an appointment, came in with my own X-rays to get my wisdom teeth removed walked in and literally I was in and out within five minutes, they looked and the X rays I already paid for, they said they needed a better view requested that I get a cat scan that was about $380 dollars, then billed me over $130 just for that 5 minute appointment worst place go do yourself a favor and look for a better option
