Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Yee is a transplanted Midwesterner. She graduated from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis in 1989, and completed a General Practice Residency at the Jerry L. Pettis Memorial Veterans Administration Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. Permanently relocating to Kansas City in 1994 after the devastating Northridge, CA earthquake was an exciting new beginning. For Dr. Yee, one of the most satisfying aspects of treating patients is transforming their lives through their smiles! She also really enjoys personally getting to know her patients and putting them at ease.
Patricia joined Dr. Nora at Brookside Family Dental in October of 2017. She brings with her 33 years of preventive dental care experience. Patricia graduated with a with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Missouri at Kansas City after completing a Bachelors from College of the Ozarks. Pat enjoys educating her patients and helping them keep their mouths healthy. Patricia has two sons who are in college studying engineering. Outside of the office she enjoys Artistic Roller Skating and making her own performance dresses. Patricia will love taking care of your oral health!
Meredith has been a member of the office team for 30 years, having also worked for the previous Doctors Western. Dr. Frandsen is thrilled she stayed on as a dedicated dental assistant when Dr. Western retired. In addition to being a marvelous dental assistant, she has raised three wonderful sons and has seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. Outside of the office, Meredith loves machine embroidery, which she uses to accent and personalize gifts and crafts for her family and friends.
When you are being greeted by Teneice, you will see her bright smile and dimples! She is a native of Kansas City, graduated from Wyandotte High School, and earned her dental assisting license from Everest College. Teneice has been Dr. Yees primary assistant for several years and loves to connect with her patients. At home, she invests her time into her large extended family and her school-age daughter and son by playing board games and doing craft projects. Teneices absolute favorite meal that she cannot pass up is Chinese food.
Nancy has worked for Brookside Family Dental science July, 2018. She loves working here with a great group of ladies. Previously she worked for 30 years in the medical field and has always enjoyed meeting new people. Each day is a new adventure. She raised two sons and with their wives have given her four grandchildren and two great grandsons. Thanks to her grandchildren loving to play sports, Nancy is always attending sports events all year round. As for her, she loves to cross stitch, make jewelry, bake, and decorate cakes for her family.

I've been taking my daughter to Dr.Nora for a long time. Due to my daughter's health issues I couldn't ask for a better person to give her the utmost care. She's extremely patient with her. Gives positive advice and recommendations. She always welcomes my daughter with a big smile. My daughter is always happy to see Dr. Nora. Teresa is a gem. Always pleasant and very kind. She always there to assist in any way she can!

My family and I go to the place. The dentists and hygienists are wonderful. However, we feel that the receptionist is rude and that we are bothering her. This is our experience at every visit.

This is the best dental practice in the KC Metro area. I highly recommend - great atmosphere that is friendly and relaxed. Dr. Nora is superb along with her assistants. Best experience you can find at a dental office!

Dr. Dave and Dr. Nora and meridith and the wonderful theresa ryan are all my favorites been going to this office for 21 years and i am in love with the dental care they give us. My whole ENTIRE family goes to them that a lot of us that all receive wonderful care and thoughtful employees.
