Perhaps the best experience I've ever had at a dentist et probably the quickest to boot. Very friendly et professional staff. I especially appreciated the dentist himself mit the way he interacted mit me making sure I wasn't in any pain during procedure. If only all my past experiences mit dentists were as appreciated. I certainly highly recommend

I'm Jaade. This was my first visit at Brookside Dental. Taylor the Dentist Assistant was amazing as well as the rest of the team. I would recommend this office to any who may be nervous about teeth care.

Went in for a busted molar to be removed but I knew I needed my impacted wisdom tooth removed as well. The pressure from the wisdom tooth actually busted the molar. I was quoted a lot more at Aspen dental earliest this year. They insisted I needed to be sedated for the removal and the appointment was too far out after the initial consultation. With that said, I called two days ago, and had both teeth removed this morning. No surprise costs. No surgery required. No pain at all. And my wisdom tooth was unbelievably massive!!! These are really nice people that make you feel at home and comfortable. It took about an hour and a half from the time I walked in until completion. This was the best dentist I have encountered. I highly recommend Brookside Dental Care!

I highly recommend Dr. Shalabh Chauhan and his team! I have been to his office twice; once for a routine cleaning and filling restoration/repair and on another occasion to repair a chipped tooth. Every person who helped me was very kind and knowledgeable. Scheduling is very quick and easy, the staff members are efficient and kind. The filling they repaired feels better than it ever has before! I'm thrilled to have found this dentist and his team.

How did I find Brookside Dental? The way I find everything else...Google! I was looking for a dentist so I went to the internet to find a dentist near me. The place I thought I wanted to go to didn't have good reviews. I needed a dentist that had great reviews and more than 50 reviewers, Brookside DentaI checked both boxes. I have driven past this place a million times. I made my appointment. The staff really made me feel comfortable. I let them know I was scared of the dentist and they calmed my nerves. Everything was explained and I was given a treatment plan showing what work would be performed and my cost after Insurance. I haven't been to the dentist in a LONG time and they didn't judge me.. i knew I was at the right dental office.. Dr Chauhan has magical hands. He numbed me and pulled my teeth so quick I couldn't believe it. My cavities were the same way. He removed them without much pain. My dental experience has been nothing but 5 stars from my first visit to now. My treatment is almost complete but I have found a great dentist and will be returning for my future dental needs, cleanings etc. Thank you Dr Chauhan and staff!

The dentist is OK but the receptionists are shady. My 2yr old needed to use the restroom and the one they have in thier lobby had a out of order sign on it so I asked if they had another one he could use and they gave me the hardest time about it. After I told them he was about to pee on thier floors or I needed to leave, they gave me attitude and they ended up letting me use the "out of order" one which was working just fine the freaking liars. Oh also they have another restroom in the back that I saw because they put me in the room right next to it. They say they're family friendly but they don't act it.

I have an easy gag reflex that kicked in while trying to get an impression for my dentures. The dentist helped me through even being my personal cheer leader telling me what a good job I was doing. I really love this office.

I had a tooth in the back of my mouth that wasn't bothering me but the dentist said it needed a root canal. Sure, let's do it! First red flag, each time I've ever had a root canal done, it was done in a day and then I went back the second day to get a permanent filling. This time, they said it would be worked on over two days. Who was I to question it? I agreed. Within hrs of the first appointment, the numbness wore off and the pain began. I took 2-6 ibuprofen EVERY DAY following for the 2 weeks in between appointments. I could barely eat because it hurt so badly. Fast forward to day 2 of the root canal. During the procedure, I felt like I was drowning due to lack of suction to keep the water from pooling in my mouth. I had tears coming out of my eyes throughout the entire procedure and not once, NOT ONCE did anyone say anything to me or stop working in my mouth. As the dentist is continuing to work on this tooth, I'm feeling sharp and immediate pain. I'm wincing and tears are rolling down my face. Eventually, the dentist asks if it hurts, which you'd think was apparent. I had a few more immediate dental needs to be completed today, and I opted out of them. I have never been anxious going to the dentist until now. This was easily the worst health-related appointments I've ever had and I am never returning to this dentist.

I gave all of my daughters information at the time of scheduling her appointment including insurance. The day before her appointment I called to confirm the time and they said they don't take her insurance. If I hadn't called to confirm, I would have showed up tomorrow for a receptionist to tell me this in person. They told me at the time of booking her appointment that they took her insurance. I would at the very least expect a phone call letting me know to schedule with someone else. I scheduled this just about a week and 1/2 ago. I'm trying to get these things done before the start of the school year.
