Brookside billed our insurance for my daughters braces as a phase II so they could paid, but it was actually for her first phase. Now insurance is denying her second phase due their mistake. Nobody at the office can explain to me what happened or why they did that. We were under the impression both phases would be covered based on conversations with Brookside Dental.

I'm pretty terrified of going to the dentist because as a kid we didn't have money to go. So i always have had issues with my teeth and cry every time I go to the dentist. A few years ago I started going to Brookside because of an emergency and I feel well taken care of since. Got my braces with Dr. Huang who is the best!!! The staff in Ortho as well as the dental office is always understanding and kind. Just had a maintenance visit with Lulu and she made my experience really pleasant.

Waited an hour for my daughter to be seen for her scheduled appointment. It was the last appointment of the day and staff joked that "no one wants to see the last patient of the day". They also billed my insurance for a cleaning. These services were never rendered at the time. Avoid this office.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went by the reviews here on google and gave it a try, I was very disappointed, before I went to my appointment the girl over the phone said yes they accepted my insurance and to just make sure I was assigned to them so which I did, the day of my appointment came and some girl in front desk said another thing "I'm not sure if we accept your insurance" well they still went ahead and let me in, my appointment was at 4:30pm didn't get seen until 6:30pm. The dr was very unprofessional he walked in and didn't even bother brining or looking at my X-rays and he said I didn't need any work just a deep cleaning and walked away (rude) when I'm actually in pain and swollen gums, I might seem exaggerating but I wouldn't be giving this review if it wasn't true and being first time here. From my experience I wouldn't recommend this place. I don't know how is there many good reviews I wonder if they're very good friends of these drs or just paid reviews. Oh and the front desk girl said they'll call me the following day which they didn't. Unprofessional, rude, no good communication. Just wasted my time there. Won't be going there ever again. This was just this week of December 2020.

Candie was great and so was Lulu. Lulu made everything a comfortable experience and talked to me while my procedure was going on. Best root canal experience I've ever had.

After confirming with my dental insurance carrier I chose Brookside Dental as my In Network PPO dental office for Orthodontic tx. I made an appointment after being on hold for 10 minutes, the wrong person picking up my call & then back on hold. I asked if there was a charge for the initial consultation and was told there wasn't a fee for it. On the day of the appointment, I went to the address that was listed with my insurance carrier and Brookside had relocated their offices. I tried calling multiple times but could not get to a human person to get the new location. There were no signs to communicate to others that they have moved nor did they provide updated info at the time I made the appt. I figured out the new location. Arrived to my appt on time miraculously. The dentist was great. The office administration, organization, efficiency.... Not great. For 2 weeks I asked what is the general estimate for a 1 year tx plan. After several calls to them, I could not get an estimate as the office admin said they had to wait to see what my insurance covers. Then they can quote a price. Sounded like price gauging clients based on coverage rather than being transparent with low/high estimates for services. After several calls I spoke with someone in the office who was able to give me an approximate tx plan amount. For One Year the cost was clearly absorbent & inflated. My response was it was ridiculous. Two claims were placed on my insurance plan -- one was paid for the Consultation which was not "free" as I was originally told. The second was in pending status. I was not explained any of this & how the process worked. Now I am responsible for the Consultation claim balance. The return call I received by the Office Administrator was inappropriate as she was more concerned with my choice of words "Ridiculous" than the fact of the inept communication and business management with patients. I would rate them a zero if I could.

Very kind and attentive front desk. Appointments are in a timely manner. They breakbdown what will happen and what you need done. Clean waiting room. They follow covid regulations.

Have been going now for about four times, my teeth are a ruin and I am horrified of pain. This place is the most patient, caring dentist office I have ever been to. Today I met Dr. Lubczuk, who was very friendly and personable while being completely professional and he gave me a VERY HONEST answer that I MAY have pain for a procedure I needed. How honest is that - astoundingly so. THAT IS SUPER HONEST and I love it!! Then he referred me to an oral surgeon for this certain procedure. I don't know if that will work (insurance wise) but regardless this place is a place you can TRUST for TRUTH and HONEST ANSWERS. Although with any place you go you have to ask a lot of questions, double check about information, clarify and do due diligence. But in terms of CARING, PATIENCE, TRUTHFULNESS, UNDERSTANDING and HONESTY this place can't be beat when it comes to care. People I have dealt with are Candy receptionist, Melissa dental assistant, George the denture guy, Dr. Park (the woman - I think there are two with same name) dentist and Dr. Lubczuk dentist. All extremely real, patient and helpful. Some offices disregard what you say, this place LISTENS and very closely. I can't recommend them enough for care. I hadn't been to a dentist in at least a decade and have been four times in last seven months. That says it all. When I can get done what I need to do to proceed, I will let them complete. I have SO MANY questions at times I myself think I'm annoying but they don't act like that at all, EVER. They are ready to listen and answer questions completely. Best dentist office of doctors and staff I have ever been to in terms of caring and honesty. They are a dentist office and you can tell they want to make money by suggesting things you may have to pay out of pocket for at times, which is normal and necessary for any business....BUT in the end with them YOUR CARE AND PEACE OF MIND for them come first every time in my visits. They really have put CARE and UNDERSTANDING and HONESTY absolutely FIRST above all else each and every time. Sometimes I feel I'm wasting their time but they seem to let me know they understand I'm just trying to make the best decisions for me in my situation. To me that just shows how good and amazing this place is. Truly remarkable.

They are so wonderful, their costumer service was great. I was so cold inside and they gave me a blanket to keep me warm. This was when I was coughing a lot. I'd never had my teeth cleaned with a water pick and I felt like I got a better and deeper clean. Very sensitive and considerate staff!

Great experience! the staff always greet you with a smile. They call me by name and always make me feel welcomed. Dr. Najiar is amazing, she makes you feel at ease and comfortable. She is friendly, professional and always has a smile on her face.

This my favorite place to get my pearly whites looked at. They pay close attention to detail. They know every patient has different needs, and always make sure every patient is properly taken care of. Words can not express how much they go above and beyond to help everyone out thank you for all of your hard work.

Since we switched insurances we where forced to find a new dentist. Brookside Dental was recommended on a local Facebook group to me. At first, the Google reviews left me hesitant but I gave a chance regardless and I am glad I did. The front desk ladies are so sweet and helpful. The dental assistants are very kind and reassuring and the dentists are very sympathetic and gentle. I had a deep cleaning done and they constantly asked if I was okay or cold and if I needed a break. I would definitely recommend them.
