He graduated from the New York University Dental College in 1981. Since then, he has lectured and taught dentists on Halitosis treatment and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. H has been teaching clinical and pre-clinical classes at NYU College of Dentistry for the last 9 years. His teachings have been presented at numerous dental meetings in New York. He is an internationally sought after breath specialist serving patients from around the world with expertise and care. Dr. Herskovits has been awarded many times for his contribution to dentistry and the dental profession. His office is part of the Invisalign 100 Club, which is a special honor denoting that he is one of the top 100 Invisalign providers in the country.
Dr. Hs office is unique in that he has all the dental specialists on staff. If you need a surgeon, root canal specialist or gum specialist, they are all there. A patient is not sent from office to office to see a specialist for an opinion or consult. It is all done in one place.
Dr. Hs practice utilizes the latest technology available, such as 3D CT scans for the most accurate placement of dental implants, water lasers that wash away cavities and lasers that allow gum surgery to painlessly heal in a fraction of the time. Dr. H has been told by thousands of patients that he gives painless injections for all dental procedures. His patients actually laugh and smile while getting a shot.
Dr. Herskovits has appeared on many national and local news broadcasts such as CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, FOX Channel 5 News, WOR Channel 9, Good Day New York, New York 1, and local and national cable. He has been a guest speaker on the Dentistry Today show and MDTV discussing fresh breath, advances in cosmetic dentistry and implants, as well as the latest treatments in all aspects of dentistry. Dr Herskovits is definitely the best dentist I've seen in NYC! I called on a Friday morning because I was having tooth pain and he said come come on over! His offices weren't usually open on fridays but he saw me anyways. He also told me he would help me shop for the best dental insurance to help with the work I needed done. Not only were he and his daughter so friendly and helpful, but he called me a few hours later to see how I was feeling. I have had such a nightmare finding a dentist since I moved to NYC. Every other office I've gone to I'm just a dollar sign to them. Thank you X 10000!

Every time I show up, it's like a family. They take care of all my dental needs. I recommend to all. Also very military friendly. I have not had any issues since I have been seen by this dental office. They show that they really care!
