Will never go back, took my mom there, to get a few fillings replaced, he couldn't do it that day, took almost a moth for another appointment, he took out and replaced one filling, said he didn't have anymore time, he didn't even replaced the filling that was missing, my mom has to chew on one side of her mouth, I'm taking her to a real dentist, my dentist, I had to take off work for nothing, I will never step foot in that place again.

Today I had an amazing experience at this location .The receptionist was amazing with a positive attitude .I was greeted respectfully and felt comfortable .This was my first time here and I made an appointment the day before .When I say everyone was so nice and very knowledgeable from the front to the back .I will be making this location my dental home.

1st off I'm up in the middle of the night thinking about my visit to this dental office today praying to God I did not catch any type of germs from the staff. They all had on dirty used mask, even Dr. Levy. It was pretty disturbing. I had to have a tooth pulled and I was in pain that's the only reason I went through with my a appointment. The little short hygienist cleaned my husband & I teeth. She did not do a good job and got an attitude when I said something to her about putting some gloves on. Everyone there was older, like over 50. Not that age has anything to do with it, but maybe. I was just so disappointed. The dirty facial mask really got me. With Covid still lingering around and them being essential workers they should have clean mask!

The absolute best dental experience I've had, Dr Levy is a professional. Everyone is extremely friendly, from the assistants to the receptionists. The lady that says the receptionist was rude actually called another dental office in the area. Great wonderful staff!

I love the staff the dentist is amazing and even willing to work with you on some stuff if he can. I've been going there for a few years now. Even changed my insurance to make sure I could go there all the time. Good Dentist Great People.

Worse front desk receptionist experience I have ever experienced. If you want zero customer service and a rude person cutting you off and hanging up on you, by all means make an appointment.

DR. LEVY THINKS POORLY OF HIS PATIENTS. i have had terrible pain in my back wisdom tooth that would get worse as I slept and I had an assumption that it was an abscess. I called the emergency line at 7am on a Thursday since I needed to know if I had to take a full day off work or a half day and my work starts at 8. He told me I should call work and see if I should go in and I told him I was trying to not go in if I didn't need to since I work in Sparks. I gave him my name with a bit of a pause in between first and last and I waited for him to respond, only for him to talk about how rude I am to whoever was in the car with him. The other person asked if I had hung up and I responded I didn't. He tried to play it off as if he didn't say anything but I immediately hung up. If thats how he feels about his patients being in pain and calling his patients rude when they wait for him to talk on the phone then someone else can have my business. The receptionists are great and I was fine until this occasion.
